History

Established in 2010.

The space in 2010; it was then primarily the art studio ofJed Williams, and he was using it to show his art and art process. Then he realized there are so many great, inspiring artists and artistic energy in his community the he decided to open the space up d to other locally-​based artists; and these can be various emerging, up ‘n coming artists – especially visual artists such as painters but also in the field of performing arts and music. Recently he has begun to show jewelry/​accessories and photography as well.

Business Owner

I was born in Philadelphia, USA, in 1975 and grew up in Paris, France; I am a French and American citizen now living in Philadelphia. I graduated from the University of the Arts (BFA in Painting and Drawing, 2000) and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Certificate in Painting, 2005), both located in Philadelphia. Since then I have been exhibiting my work throughout different galleries and art spaces in Philadelphia, NYC and various places in PA and NJ. I have artwork in various collections, including some in Paris, France.

I own and operate Jed Williams Studio since 2010.
