I’ve only ever been here to renew my license, but as far as DMV experiences go, it’s the best. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I walked in here with my camera card in hand and walked out with my new license in three minutes flat. Totally painless. I cant imagine going to any other dmv locations to renew my license, because I’m not a masochist. This location is ran very efficiently and won’t make you want to renounce your american citizenship like other DMVs might. As good as it gets indeed!

I’ve gone here once before to have my drivers license photo taken with the state issued photo card. I thought the process was a bit slow, but Ok. On this visit, upon arrival I sat in the parking lot completing a phone call for about 15 min. At this time, I noticed a woman go in. Five minutes later, a man entered. No one exited. Upon entering the receptionist asked what services I needed. I told her duplicate drivers license. She told me it would be $ 47.50 and to have a seat and someone will be right with me. I noticed that the woman and man who had entered before me were sitting in the waiting area. After a few minutes I asked the woman had she been helped yet. She sharply replied «No.» I asked her about the man. She said «No. I was here before him and have been waiting for 15 minutes». There were two clerks seated at stations facing the waiting area. I could tell one was one a personal phone call and the other, who knows. Then another employee entered and sat down in the employee area. At this time the employee who was on the phone stood up and announced that she had to go home for a little while and left the premises. By this time me and the female patron were staring daggers at the other clerks. I looked up at the price board and noticed that the state (Pa) charges $ 27.50 for a duplicate drivers license and this business charges a $ 20.00 service fee. $ 47.50. Ok, they provide a service that I need right now. I further noticed that they charge a 2.5% convenience fee when you use a debit and credit card. Which I intended to use. One of the clerks finally looked at the three of us and asked «who’s next?» I replied «Really. This woman walked in more than 20 minutes ago followed by this man 5 minutes later. All 6’2″ 230 lbs of black man (me), walked in about 10 minutes later and you are asking who is next?» With that I stood up and left. When I got back to my car I noticed the employee who said that she needed to go home for a little while, sitting in her car smoking a cigarette.
I won’t pay for poor over priced services.

This place is a joke. The agency charges 3.00 to mail out your insurance payment. I strongly recommend you NOT deal with this agency for insurance, I will be removing them and dealing with my insurance company myself.
