I needed a simple battery replacement and chose to go to this phone repair shop because of the great reviews. The service was quick and after returning home and charging my phone, my iPhone’s battery life was significantly improved. However, after a few days, I noticed that my phones screen was working only intermittently and sometimes wouldn’t work at all for long periods of time. Now my iphone’s screen only works like 20% of the time. I believe the repairman might have accidentally screwed something up when replacing the battery, seeing as it seems like too much of a coincidence that my phones screen stopped properly working after my iphone was opened up and had the battery replaced.

These guys did a great job fixing my iPhone 5c. They also were fast– less than 20mins — and fair with their price $ 100. (I paid over $ 140 for a previous screen fix. I
would use them again. They also replaced a faulty digitizer at no charge. They stuck by their word and were eager to have me bring it back so they could replace it and have it working to my satisfaction. They gave a 30 day warranty for the digitizer. Just make sure to keep your receipt. I would defiantly use them again.

$ 160 for a new iPhone 6 plus screen. They told me I would have to wait 20 minutes but I think they had it done within 10. Thank you I’m very happy to have my phone back and running. :)

$ 100 to fix a 5s screen. Cash only and didn’t mention that until they were done with the phone. The same night my phone kept freezing and wouldn’t stop until I restart my phone which I had to do every 1 – 10 minutes. When I get on the phone with someone, my phone freaks out and starts pressing buttons on its own, beeping in people’s ears, attempting to FaceTime people, muting them, and hanging up on them. My vibrate also stopped working completely. I had my phone for two years and never have I had any problem other than the cracked screen. I went back in to tell them what was wrong and they told me the vibrate wouldn’t be their fault. I also heard them on the phone with someone who was calling them with a complaint about their phone and the worker told them ‘your phone was fine when you left here’. So be careful when going here! The only good thing was it only took them ten minutes and they did seem to be very nice. However, I do wish I went to apple for the same price.

I came by a few days ago with a friend who had unfortunately dropped her iPhone 5 which resulted in a shattered screen. The guy did an amazing job in fixing the screen in just 15 minutes (although this was around 9−10am in the morning when we were probably the first customers)!
Some updates from previous reviews that are below mine:
1. I Mobile Tech is now a standing store, not a kiosk in the Gallery — which makes it easier to find! It’s located on 11^th street just north of Chestnut.
2. I checked in but did not receive a $ 10 off Unilocal check in offer, so they must have discontinued it.
3. They increased the price to fix the iPhone screen to $ 105 this week because of «screen shortage» coming from China. It was a bit disappointing because we had read that it was $ 80 from previous reviews on Unilocal.
The screen looked perfectly new when my friend got it back from the store. I would recommend their services — just be sure to call to double check prices beforehand!

The service was great overall… fast & efficient.

I brought my iPad here after the Cracked Screen Doctor committed some serious malpractice on it. Luckily, the guys at I Mobile Tech fixed it quickly and were a pleasure to work with. They explained how they were going to fix my iPad, and did so in about an hour and a half. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just go straight to these guys and get the job done right/​fast the first time.
The process was super easy, I just walked in to their storefront on 11^th, explained what was going on (some assclown tried to fix my cracked screen but made it so the home button was pressed down all the time when he finally returned it to me 3+ weeks later). They explained that he installed it wrong, and showed me how the home button is connected to the screen. They had to replace the screen (they did, and I could tell because the original «replacement» from the other guy was all scratched up), which would cost $ 90. I used the Unilocal check-​in and saved $ 10, which made it $ 80. I was happy to pay that for a job well done.

Just the best place in town no competition for this amazing guys in 25 mins the replace my Iphone S4 cracked glass and also replaced my home button at no extra cost. I was treated like a king. Wepa! Zumberos go there!

This is nonsense, just went in to get my phone screen replaced through recommendation — iPhone 6 screen replacement costs $ 150 which is the same as it would be in the Apple store. Not to mention, travel fare cost $ 40 in itself. I thought they did a good job but not even half an hour later, my phone completely shut down and it won’t restart. Went in so they could fix my screen, but they completely broke my phone instead. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Save your time and money and don’t go here.

$ 80 after discount. Didn’t tax me. Took 20 minutes. 30-​day warranty. Screen looks and feels great.

Super quick, super nice guys. Helped me and hooked me up in a crazy time of need. Bit hard to find in the gallery, (right across from Claire’s) but I couldn’t be happier. Go and get your iPhone screen fixed in under 30 minutes!

These guys were great. Paolo did an awesome job at fixing my screen and my headphone port. Everyone was very polite and professional. They even gave me a coupon for my next visit and a 30 day warrantee — not to mention they had the best prices in Center City. They rock!

My iPhone 4s screen was cracked, I was able to walk up to the kiosk and have it repaired in less then 30 minutes. So convenient in the Gallery, I was able to stop on my way to the train. The guys were very nice and the prices were the best I found after calling around the city.
There was a little mark on my screen that I noticed after it was fixed. I showed them and they said they’d take care of it, no problem (they guarantee their work with a 30 day warranty). They replaced the screen and even fixed my home button! So nice to walk away from a business and not feel like you got ripped off, but that they actually went out of their way for you. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of iPhone repair/​service.

Very fair price — best I could find in the city. These kids do fantastic work. I’m not quite sure why they work there though — they could easily make more money out on their own.

Came here to get my broken Note 2 screen replaced and I would say their work is only so-​so. Maybe they’re more accustomed to working with iPhones… who knows. But there are a couple white specks under the glass of my new replacement and my touchscreen can be non-​responsive at times, which wasn’t a problem I had before getting it fixed. I’ve also noticed a couple extra scratches on the outer rim of my phone, most likely as a result from them trying to take the broken screen off.
The service was pretty quick though. I was able to pick up my phone within 2 hours and they were very nice people. You also can’t beat their price. Everywhere else I’ve checked were asking at least $ 120. They also give you a 30 day warranty as well which is a plus.

This kiosk is a life saver. I am in Philly but from Ohio and when my screen took a sh@*, I felt offended paying the crazy prices I saw. Unilocal helped me find this place and it was the cheapest you will find to replace an iphone screen unless you know someone who will do it for free, which I do but he is back in Ohio and I didn’t have the time. They took only 30 minutes and its like new. It was about 65 total after 10 dollars off with the check in. Way cheaper than anyone around and trust me you don’t have to go to someone who says that are «professional.» I have seen a 12 year old take apart phones and fix them so as long as they know what they are doing, then they will be the one I go to. Thumbs up to this place which is in lower level of the Gallery by Game-​stop.

Best price I could find. Ten dollar coupon off on their website. Replaced my iPhone 4s cracked screen inside 20 minutes. Works perfect. Got a $ 10 off coupon for a future repair I hope I never need.
