had hulls HVAC install new HVAC unit last August. turned system on this year and did not work. called hulls and owner said no he is not responsible for his work. Jason hull does not stand behind his work and is such a fraud. do not use this company. they do not stand behind their work!!!

Hulls HVAC came to our home recently to winterize our heater. They were on time, polite and very clean. When they were finished the tech explained everything that was done in a manner that I could understand. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Beware! Please don’t give this company your money! They scammed my family out of several thousands of dollars suggesting expensive unnecessary work that could have been an easy fix for only a couple hundred. Similar to a previous poster, Hulls was sent through my home warranty to inspect a leak situation. Upon inspection, they presented a solution to replace the coils in the HVAC and assured us the leak would end. We agreed to the work, costing a total of $ 2,200 for both the parts and the labor. Upon replacement of the coils, our air conditioning unit immediately stopped working while the leak continued. After multiple back and forth calls and complaints, Hulls came back to inspect the work and told us they improperly sealed the connection to the freon and that it leaked out. Once they did this, it immediately caused a secondarily, intense leak in a bathroom directly below where the work was done. This caused the ceiling to partially collapse and drywall to crack. Again, the main leak we initially called about continued. Hulls continued to say this was a plumbing issue and nothing to do with them. We called a plumber out and he determined that in fact all this was due to the fact that Hulls needed to only put a pump into the condensation line — a solution that would have only cost a few hundred dollars. After several weeks and calls they agreed to come back again and tried to charge us another $ 500 for this repair. Once they finally put in the pump — about 3 months after our first call to them — did our leak finally stop. Hulls not only scammed us out of thousands for unnecessary repair work, their crappy work caused extensive additional damage throughout the unit.

Sucky co my warr chose who I called 4 times to confirm they were still coming and never showed. Dont believe when they say they will show.
