Hands-down the WORST salon I’m ever been to. I lived at 20th and Pine and started going to the salon on 11th just to avoid this place. Their machines were broken every. single. time. I went there and unfortunately I had bought a pack of 5 tans. I was never able to use them. Just horrific.

Be very careful of this place. I was charged for three different months all at once which I never agreed to, I tried calling the manager who is the only point of contact for any disputes. There’s no customer service number anyone can call. I have called on six occasions from January 14, 2012 and it is April 9, 2012 and still have not received any word from a manager. I have tried to stop in as well and and has been met with demeaning attitudes and tones from the staff. Also, I was recently charged a FOURTH time after I was assured by a staff member that my subscription was closed on March 19th. That is not even a date that the cycle charges anyone. I have had to call the Better Business Bureau and am going through American Express to get them to help me. Also, American Express just told me that the manager has been failing to contact them as well when they seek the disputed charges. Tanning is a luxury, it should not be this difficult. Trust your business somewhere else.
