I shouldn’t have ordered anything in the middle of the night since I am on a diet. This place must have been my freaking karma. Ordered a double cheeseburger — It was RAW, completely fucking raw on the inside, actual fucking puddles of BLOOD when I bit into it now in my burger box. I am just so fucking lost. I’m legit going to take it downstairs and COOK it so I don’t get ill. Didn’t follow instructions on the wrap, legitimately gave us 2 small slivers of chicken in side of it. Didn’t give my bf the right wrap(he asked for wheat). I’m not even going to call them, I’m just never EVER going to eat from here again. This is the worst food place in Philadelphia hands down. I can’t believe I spent $ 14 for this disgusting crap.

The gist of it– Pizza arrived 30⁄45 minutes late The Pizza was STONECOLD!!! I mean the box was freezing! The 2 liter drink that was supposed be included with the meal? NUHUH– More like a 16 ounce And the worst part– While trying to eat the wings, since they were the ONLY correct and warm part of the order we found a HAIR(THINK20INCHWEAVELONG) curly and wrapped around one of the wings. OFCOURSEWECALLTHEPLACEBACK! Though the delivery driver was sympathetic enough and tried to drop $ 5 off of the shitty-shitastical meal THEMANAGEMENTWASHARDER. They finally offered to bring a new order of wings out. THEYNEVERCAME!!! Moral of the stroy– don’t order from here unless you like the liklihood of head lice in your food. :)

We ordered delivery from here. No complains about the delivery, but the pizza was only okay. My boyfriend wanted anchovies on his slice, but it ended up being on ¾ of the pizza. I despise anchovies, so this kind of ruined it for me. My boyfriend believed he liked anchovies, but he did not enjoy these ones. So, if you like that kind of topping, don’t get it because they use poor quality anchovies. We probably will not order from here again.

Even though this pizza isn’t New York style, and the Margherita is more like a cheese pizza with slided tomatos under a sheet of stringy, congealed, clotted admixture a la melted Sargentos shredded cheese, the crust is damn good. It’s tangy and sweet, fluffy and chewy, crisp and doughy — the edges are fat, the area buried under the cheese is thin. I like it. My advice? Order the pizza crust… and only the crust… and then dip it in hot sauce.

Took over 2 hours to deliver to me. Completely unacceptable. Not only that, they didn’t even include everything I ordered. Avoid ordering from here if you live in an apartment complex or shared building, apparently that’s too complicated for them. Absolutely furious.

I just want to express that I appreciate it when a restaurant reads its reviews and wants to improve upon the critiques received. I don’t believe any of us really write reviews to put restaurants out of business, or give them credit where it is not due. After writing my review here, I did receive a message from the owner, apologizing for our pizzas not matching the descriptions on the menu, and taking responsibility for their not reviewing the menu description. They did say they did not wish to mislead their customers. I was also invited back, which I do appreciate, and will hopefully be able to take them up on this offer in the future. If it only weren’t for this holiday weight I’m already trying to get rid of… But to be fair, I will do my best to make it back and give them another chance, because I do believe they deserve it. Thanks Rico. :)
