Happy Nails

They are CLOSED. Out of business for several months now. They were pretty dumpy, anyway, in my opinion.

My friend is a loyal customer of this humble place — every time she’s in town, she goes to Happy Nails to get her eyebrows waxed. The lady who does the waxing does her brows just the way she likes it (not too overboard but just the right amount of waxing & shaping). They have done a very good job with my French manicure, which I’ve gotten twice from them. The pedicure is a pleasant experience, done efficiently but not rushed, and they’re not too rough with your feet when they’re filing the callouses.
You don’t need to make an appointment, you can usually just walk right in and get your pedicure or manicure done right away, unless it’s a very busy day — if there is a wait, it is not that long. For the low price you’re paying, Happy Nails is a good find. It’s definitely not cushy or luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, but the staff are polite and get the job done right, without rushing or taking too long.
