This nail salon is run by unprofessional people. I will never return to do business again. The technicians are very sloppy with the work and is always talking with each other. They rush through my manicure and left polish on my fingers without cleaning it up. The address is on Hicks street between 15^th and 16^th wolf street. The business is very slow when I got there on a monday afternoon. I wonder why they have to rush through the service when it is so slow. Technicians are very poorly trained. Take your business elsewhere.

This is my first and last time coming to this location. The nail artist couldn’t do a simple nail art that I’ve shown him. As he was shaping up my nails he nearly slit my skin, making me have a cut in between the cuticles of my nail. He didn’t do a clean job of handling my nails. There’s still dry powder stuck on my fingers. I gave this review a 1 out of 5 because I truly had a horrible experience at this location. It seems like they only welcome all time customers.

I really wanted to like this place, I’d never been before. apparently they’ve been open for 6 years, but the lack of skill made me think otherwise. the pedicure and gel manicure was $ 37, I thought was a bit pricy for the poor job that was done on my nails. I still had left over polish on my fingers from the previous color I had on, and I had gel polish stuck to the tips of my fingers as well. I felt the nail technician didn’t take her time on my feet or hands, which bums me out for the money I’m spending. would I come here again? hell no. everyone’s experience is different though. they do give out a «buy 10 mani or pedis and get $ 10 off on the 10^th punch» card. I don’t know, lack of professionalism in their craft is steering me away from coming back. that’s $ 40 I wasted on a crappy mani/​pedi. disappointing.
