It smells like a sewage pipe broke in the office. You know you’re in for something when they have to unlock the door and let you in during regular business hours. I felt like I was in a check cashing place in the projects. It was seriously that bad. And the smell just made me want to die. No one apologized for the fact that I was kept waiting even though I was on time to my appointment.
