My experience here was great! I was wedding dress shopping and found my dress! The consultant was sooo helpful. She made the experience, by giving me a veil and shoes to try on with the dress. She was very friendly. It was a wonderful day!

The seamstress here is the best and if there was a vote, I would vote her the best and give her a raise. She is very professional and helpful. Unlike the seamstress at L and H bridal, she is horrible.

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Me and my girlfriends were looking for dresses for my 40^th birthday party. We came in wearing jeans and sneakers as we had just left a Phillies game. We have never been treated so rudely. Told at 6:20 that the fitting rooms were closed when the store did not close til 7. Between the 3 of us we make enough to buy anything we like but I will never step foot in this store again.

For the most part, this store is amazing. The employee that we spoke to for my daughters communion dress was very knowledgeable. she went and found different dresses and veils to suit my daughter’s specific taste for her first Holy Communion. she treated us very kindly and she stayed with us until the very end. she even let my daughter stands on the pedestal that the brides get to stand on and look at herself in the mirror. at no point did we feel like we were rushed or that we were getting in the way of her work. The only complaint that I have has nothing to do with the majority of the employees, but the manager on the floor at the specific time named autumn. the very few times that we encountered her in the store were not pleasant. from what I gathered she did not care much for helping any potential shoppers. she also argue the fact that my daughters communion veil came up $ 20 under the listed price. she was not polite nor did she have good customer service. she also refused to help any of her employees and would not smile. this woman had the audacity to bump into me while I was browsing the racks and did not even apologize. Instead she looked at me very angrily as if she expected me to apologize to her. when I did not she turned in a huff and walked away. I would recommend this tour to anybody looking for a communion dress or a wedding dress, even a prom dress, but I would not recommend dealing with that manager I believe that she should be placed in a customer service learning class. if she does not know how to treat people she should not work in the customer service and she sure as hell should not be working in the store where there is a high volume of customers. if you go into the store while she is working beware of the short stumpy little brunette who walks around like there’s a chip on her shoulder perpetually.

So, I came back yesterday to buy my recital dress!
I also wanted to give a shout-​out to the dressing room employee who was very helpful in getting me additional dresses from the floor and helping decided on the dress!

Tonight was the 1^st time my sister wanted to «LOOK» at wedding dresses to get an idea of what she’s looking for, what looks good on her… Etc. Well like everyone, she has a budget and wanted to check out this random dress store she saw in Franklin mills.
She’s getting married in Vegas so we are looking for an actual wedding dress and after party dresses. We picked up a few party dresses, then started LOOKING at the wedding dresses. As we started VIEWING the wedding dresses an associate from the bridal dept.(if you’d even call it that) pipes up and rudely exclaims that «YOU CAN’T TRY ON THOSE DRESSES» my sisters reply– «oh do you have to try them on back there» (the bridal dept) and she rudely replies,“yes you have to make an appt.” ummmm what? How about kindly telling us that and asking if we’d like to make an appt to try on what we find? RUDE! She obviously isn’t trying to bring any business in to her store. She totally discouraged my sister from even wanting to shop anywhere else. Definitely won’t be coming back…
