Surprisingly good. Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting much from my falafel wrap since they usually tend to be disappointing — especially when acquired in a food court. And I became even more skeptical when I saw that the falafel balls were not freshly fried to order but rather taken from a cold bin. BUT, when all was said and done, I ended up with a rather tasty falafel and hummus wrap. First, you get your choice of wrap — regular, whole wheat, or spinach. Then you get to pick a filling. There are various meat options, but I opted for the falafel and hummus. Your wrap and filling then get heated in some quick-heat contraption for a few seconds and then you get to add your toppings. Sadly, they don’t have tahini sauce, but the tzatziki went quite nicely with the falafel(I’m not sure if it was suggested as a substitute because it kinda sounds alike or because of their common eastern Mediterranean roots; probably the former). Then you can add various salad items. They all looked fine and the ones I got tasted fine, too. Then your wrap gets wrapped and they CRISP it in a panini press. That, alone, scores some bonus points. More places should crisp their wraps. And sandwiches, for that matter. The prices are fairly inexpensive and the service was generally unremarkable(a bit robotic, I suppose).

GREAT wraps? No, not really. GOOD wraps? Maybe, but pushing it. OK wraps? There we go! I understand that they will likely not be a huge hit with a name like«OK wraps», but that is what they are serving up here. Not Great or Good, but merely OK wraps. Now if you are at Liberty Place during the week for lunch, most of the food court options are PACKED. And there are long lines at a lot of places. But there is not a long line at OK wraps. There isn’t a long line because few people would want a wrap that’s just OK when there are far better options literally steps away. I was in a rush, didn’t want to waste time in line, and got an OK wrap. Look, the wrap wasn’t that bad, it just wasn’t that good either. The service was actually GREAT. Maybe they should change their name to GREAT service, sounds better than OK wraps. Maybe Great Service &OK Wraps? No, that doesn’t sound good either. The wrap was just uninspired and bland. Nothing special. And I hadn’t eaten anything all day. Usually when I have my first feeding at 2 pm, I’m so hungry that it couldn’t taste bad. Unfortunately, as soon as I took my first bite, I had regretted it.

I love wraps, but this place was so gross. My food was cold and the chicken wasn’t even cooked, it was still pink. Tasted bland and had no flavor. Never coming back

I went here yesterday, had the jalapeño ranch chicken wrap. It was decent. Decent price. Will probably check it out again sometime to try another wrap.

Food isn’t terrible. It’s alright. Big menu selection. Lots of calories within each wrap variation that they serve. That might be the biggest deal breaker. I had a customized chipotle steak wrap and it was pretty tasty. For the price of the food, it’s not too bad at all. Filling. Cheap. Fat. I wished they called this spot Fat Wraps. «It’s all about flavor.»

For a place called Great Wraps, these wraps are anything but. These had to be the skimpiest wraps I’ve ever had. It tasted fine, but it was so small and not very filling. I was hungry again, not long afterwards.

I bought a Groupon here for 3 wraps. I had used 1 but just remembered the other ones on the last day! I went to use it for the last day and they were closing early. The manager said he would extend only 1 Groupon for 2 more months since he was closing. I protested but said fine. I come back on the next Monday, TODAY and he said he wouldn’t honor it because I was supposed to come back the next day. I said, ‘No you gave me 2 more months!’, to which he called me basically a liar. He went ahead and honored it with a HUGE attitude and said I’d pay full price for the next one. I appreciate that he honored it, even with the attitude(that’s why I gave 2 stars) but there will likely not be a next time. This place is not that popular, you would think they’d have better customer service! But his staff were nice and I apologized to them for arguing with their boss.

I was brought to Great Wraps because of a Groupon. It actually took some effort to find since I just assumed it was accessible from the street. But it’s actually in the Liberty Place food court. The Falafel Hummus Wrap is solid. Both the falafel and hummus were good. And the veggies were fresh. I also really like the«Spice Bar» they had to season their french fries.

I wouldn’t say this place is GREAT, nor is it bad either. It’s fairly decent for a fast food lunch joint. I have tried many different types of their wraps and they are pretty consistent each time(as in size and flavor.) I like the fact they have different flavor wraps. I always go for the spinach wrap. Mmmm! Oh, and they have curly fries! :-) When they toast the wrap, I do wish they kept it in there a little longer than they do to get it warmer, but I guess they can’t during the lunch rush. They have a deal on Groupon right now if anyone is interested in that! You get 3 vouchers for wraps for only $ 9! And use level up to purchase some fries and you basically got a cheap cheap meal for lunch!

I’ve been meaning to try this place for awhile, but the calorie count of each of the items kinda scared me away a little bit from ever going here. 700+ calories per wrap isn’t the healthiest of lunches. I noticed the«fresh fit» option, where they have a few wraps for under 400 calories, so I decided to get one of those. They also take Leveled Up, so I had a $ 2 coupon I could use. I got a grilled chicken wrap, with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and roasted red peppers. It was perfectly fine and I was pretty full afterward. I’ll go here again if I’m in Liberty Place and want a quick wrap, but I’ll probably shy away from the menu that hosts all the prefix wraps that are a little too high in calories.

In the food court of one liberty place. The wraps in this place are pretty good. I always seem to get the cheesy chicken wrap and it never disappoints. If you’re in this area then give it a try.

Great Wraps… ehh more like good wraps. Definitely had fresh veggie so kudos to that. Maybe it’s my fault for getting the breaded chicken instead of a standard lunch meat wrap I’ll have to give it a 2nd try. I was very excited to see curly fries but they were just so so even with the loaded baked potato salt shaker flavor. At the end of the day it was good not great.

Love this place! I am a huge wrap fan, so I appreciate the opportunity to customize it. If I am feeling not-so-creative they have predetermined selections as well. Everything I have ever got here was great-soulvaki(sp?) being my favorite. Love the optional spices too.

Solid wraps average fries. I like the buffalo wrap. My favorite part is that you can pick which toppings from sort of a salad bar to top you wraps. They have a great selection of wraps and toppings.
