Their name is a bit misleading. Unless framing art is really insanely expensive elsewhere, then yeah, I guess that would make them «frugal.» So not ridiculously expensive, but definitely not inexpensive either.
Nevertheless, they do a REALLY good job. I got two pieces framed here last month, and they both look phenomenal. Totally worth the lack of frugality. Highly recommend.

Took a project here to be framed. It had several elements. The guy who runs the shop is friendly and helpful. I believe that he did good work, dit it quickly (two weeks) and it definitely seemed to meet my needs of frugality!

Took our ketubah here to get framed. This being our first attempt at getting something professionally framed we weren’t really sure what to expect. The folks here were very helpful, have a huge selection of styles and a pretty good range in prices. They helped us pick something out that was classic and nice enough to hang on the wall for forever, but didn’t break the bank for the poor newly-​weds that we are. The turn around wasn’t super fast, but they did good work and kept us updated on the progress, and we were very pleased with the end result =)
