I brought my car here for inspection and have a receipt saying my car passed. I was told I needed new tires, brakes, and rotors but my car overall passed. 3 weeks later I go to Pepboys for new tires and asked them to look at my brakes. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my brakes or rotors! 2 months later I get a ticket saying my inspection sticker is expired. I take my car back here and I’m told my car didn’t pass because I needed new tires and brakes even though I had a receipt saying otherwise! I did not like how he tried to talk down to me as if I was wrong in the situation. I feel like Sherman was trying to scam me into getting unnecessary work done on my car! I don’t like when people try to take advantage of me and I’ll be taking my service elsewhere. Keep all of your receipts and I recommend getting a second opinion before you get any work done here!
