Established in 1988.

Elizabeth’s 360* approach to leadership supports women and men to respond to opportunities or challenges coming from any direction. She believes leadership is a natural capacity of all people. Similar to other natural capacities leadership must be fostered and practiced to stay sharp and add proficiency. She works with clients to determine behaviors, skills and habits that enhance or detract leadership effectiveness.

Her expertise in groups and teams enables her to assist clients in negotiating and adding value to the complex systems of work, home and community. For over 25 years Elizabeth Hechtman has worked with leaders at all levels of organizations to develop and strengthen leadership competencies. She coaches c-​suite officers, executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals in business, non-​profit and government organizations. She has a full-​time private practice, as well as contracting services to corporations and government agencies.
