Worst parking in Philadelphia ever. They are Scam artists and will try to make you overpay. Find another lot. If I could give them negative stars I would.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not park there they will charge you the max. FYI there is no such thing as your ticket Peking validated. We are nearby and they said they could not validate it we went and asked all around the place and they informed us that EZ parking cheats ppl out and no one in the area validates. We paid in full and the cashier lady was so RUDE!!!

WARNING: DO NOT PARK AT EZ PARK! I have to start by saying I never write reviews, but I feel I have to warn everyone about EZ Park. My negative experience happened at the location on 3^rd, in between Market and Arch, in Olde City, but I looked up the company and all the locations are owned by the same family. I have to warn you that this company is irresponsible and they have no concern for their customers or common courtesy.
My parents came to visit me for a weekend and parked overnight Saturday. Because they wanted to leave later in the day on Sunday, I asked the parking attendant if the lot was always open, and he responded yes. So we left the lot thinking it was monitored 24 – 7. On Sunday morning, we went to pack up the car and it had been broken into. The entire passengers side window was shattered clean through and the car had been ransacked.
Come to find out the lot is NOT monitored 24 – 7, which is fine, but I wish the attendant had been straight-​forward about this the day prior. The worst of it is, the attendant refused to do anything to help us with the break-​in and he was rude and not empathetic at all — He would not give us the # to call the Philadelphia police (we ended up calling 911 to file the police report), and another car in the lot (one over from my parents car) was broken into as well, and even though the attendant knew she rented her spot monthly, and he knew who she was, and said «She’s going to cry when she sees this», he refused to call her and let her know her car was sitting in the lot with a the front window completely smashed in. Then he hid in the booth for the rest of the time while my parents and I filed the police report, called the insurance company and patched up the car window with cardboard.
While I completely understand that the car lot and the attendant is not responsible for the break-​in, the utter lack of common courtesy and lack of any concern for their customers was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Below is my experience with EZ Park in PA, specifically the one near Market and S Front Street. However, since that negative review, I thought it absolutely fair to update and let you know that the controller for EZ Park contacted me and was extremely apologetic about the whole experience. The email itself was very long, and not automated — that shows concern for good customer service. It was really appreciated. So, while I can’t lie and say my experience there was perfect, I believe they deserve a «star upgrade» for the overall attempt to make up for one bad experience.
And I suppose I can chalk up the attendant’s performance to one bad day. We all get them, right?

We don’t live here, we were visiting. We pulled into the lot and, before even parking, the attendant told us the prices. After almost leaving the lot, we reversed back into the lot and pulled into a space. The attendant walked to two other cars (who both entered AFTER us) before coming to us to exchange tickets and take our keys (why do they take your keys then hand you a paper that says they’re not responsible for anything lost or stolen?).
We walked 200ft to the little ice cream parlor on the corner, at a sundae, and walked back. If you timed us, probably 20 minutes. So why then did we have to pay an hour’s rate (btw, we went over our 30 minute time limit by 2 minutes)? «Because,» the attendant says, «I punched in the time as soon as you drove into the lot.»
You heard that right folks — before we even knew the rates, before we even made a decision to park, he started our time. Then he went to two other cars on his way over to us, which took appr. 4 minutes.
At the end, when I questioned all this, he ended up locking himself in his little «office» and stopped talking to me. ??
So, a word of warning, park in a metered spot. At least you don’t have to pay for your parking until you get out of your car.

I wish I could give this a negative rating. I’ve had two awful experiences here that made me vow to never return. When I first moved to Philadelphia, I parked here for 1 month. Except for 2 attendants, all the others were rude, never reply when you say hi, and bring your car out with an attitude. Enough was enough. I moved my car as soon as the month was up. Fast-​forward several months, I had a friend visiting town, and I saw the «resident special» flyers in the building — $ 6, in by 7p out by 8a. I asked what the price will be after 8a, and the reply was $ 10. Reasonable, right? But when my friend and I went to pick up the car next morning, a different attendant says the total was $ 20! I told him the previous attendant told me it was $ 10, and there was another lady complaining about the same thing. But the guy says $ 20. Period. This place is bait & switch. Avoid it like the plague.
