Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin Robbins

This is literally the worst Baskin Robbins ever, my husband went to this location to get a cake, he said he walked out of there because know one would help him order a cake. Well we went back together and the customer in front of me tried to order just some ice cream and they were out of cups, or something. I went to order a cake and mind you the next day is Mother’s Day, slim supply of cake in stock, no Mother specific ones like the advertismenets and they look as if they have been sitting there for years. I ask how long to order a cake and he laughs and says 3 days. I asked why he laughed and to please speak to his manager and he says oh no he’s busy and shakes his head. I had to tell him again that I wanted to speak to his manager whom he just spoke to in order to find out how long it takes to order a cake. The manager comes out just as bad as the employee who just laughed in my face when I asked him something. We walked out and I called the other Baskin Robbins location on City Line Ave. who had the cake we needed in stock. The worst in customer service and it was dirty.
