I come here way too often! There are many choices for fast food and coffee around Penn’s campus, and I usually choose this Dunkin Donuts. Why? a) The service is fast and friendly – I appreciate that food service is not the most fun job, but the people working here are gracious and sweet. b) The prices are low esp. compared to nearby alternatives. c) While the decaf isn’t always on the go, the staff will always put a pot on for me and it’s ready in no time. 4 stars only because I’d prefer to recommend healthy food!

I love DD coffee. This place was small, but the staff were very nice and everything came out quickly. One thing — the guy taking the orders had a cold and didn’t properly sanitize before going to prep supplies for sandwiches… We had coffee which another guy made, but I’d be leery of their sandwiches for a few days…

This is the worst dunkin donuts ive ever been to! The workers are terrible… when i order 10 donuts I don’t wanna be given a look… I’ll eat what I want! I feel as if they are untrained and judgmental. I won’t be returning.

Best coffee there is, hands down. I always get the same drink: small iced coffee with mocha, skim milk, and sugar. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it, and I always make it a point to try iced mochas wherever I go. Nothing beats the taste here. Really quick service is always a plus too, but in reality, I would wait for the drink. It’s that good.

This Dunkin is pretty standard. Waits are pretty long during rush hour but the staff is efficient and professional. They don’t sugar coat things or ask how your day is, but they get your order in quickly, and that’s all I can ask for. The quality is on par with all the other Dunkins that I’ve gone to.

Service so quick and efficient it’s almost unreal. It’s a good place to go if you want to grab a quick breakfast on the go… Except why the flying fk was there this chipotle sauce on my turkey, bacon, and egg on a French roll? I just went to look at their items and it says nothing about this sauce, so that annoyed the hell out of me. As much as I like spicy stuff, I don’t want it in a breakfast roll. Maybe for hot wings. Break down: 2 stars for food and 1 star for efficient service. This place gets it that people want to be in and out(not the west coast burger place!). I have had some great breakfast english muffins so it’s hard for me to give anything more than a three here, but like I said… It’s convenient when you are in a hurry. Starbucks has decent breakfast items, but not nearly as efficient.

Quickest coffee on Penn’s campus. I’ve been here at least 20 times over the past 6 months at many different times and I’m always in and out within 3 minutes(it actually is a bit frightening how quickly they can make my coffee + egg mc-muffiny thing in front of me). One of the few places I will go to directly before an exam when time is super tight. This location is super tiny though so don’t expect a seat(If you are, check out either the Artisserie or Starbucks down that street).

They just renovated this location this past summer so I don’t know what it was like before. Currently, the staff are super fast, friendly and often remember my order(though I typically switch it up from time to time). Even when there’s a line, they blow through the orders insanely fast. And I love me some dunkin donuts coffee: iced or hot. It can get a bit crowded at peak times, especially near the door where the napkins and condiments are. But traffic moves quickly through this place.

Tiny outpost(no seating/standing room) of Dunkin. Got an iced coffee here with no issues.(Went during the summer at 8:20AM)

So are you all ready for my sad, sad story? Back in March, on my birthday, I stopped by Dunkin’ for a quick breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I hadn’t eaten anything even though it was pretty late for breakfast for me, and I felt better once I had something in my stomach. However, that quickly turned around when I began to feel slightly nauseated. I thought maybe I was just having an off day, so I left work a bit early and headed home for a nap, hoping that I’d feel better afterwards and could continue on with my birthday night plans. This did not happen. I woke up, and proceeded to empty the contents of my stomach until just after midnight. If I was going to get sick on my birthday, it should have been from excessive amounts of alcohol, not a breakfast sandwich. Of course, I can’t prove it was the sandwich, but it was the ONLY thing I ate the entire day, and once it was out of my body I felt tons better. I don’t want to tell anyone to never eat a sandwich there again, because I’ve had quite a few sandwiches that left me feeling completely fine, but just be careful. Have cereal or toast for your birthday breakfast. At least you know what’s in that.

#314 This particular Dunkin Donuts is a bit cramped on most days and the employees never seem very happy. I dropped by once and thought they were just having a bad day, but after the second time I decided that this was going to be a last resort location for coffee. I’d rather go over to Starbucks or drop by a Wawa instead.

Yuck! I ordered an iced coffee with less ice but I think they added extra water instead of coffee. It was terrible and watery.

I’ve always been lukewarm on Dunkin Donuts because of the service. I’ve tried it multiple times in an attempt to lower my morning coffee bill, but have had generally sub-par experiences. I started going to this location because a friend gave me some coupons and I’m so glad I did! The employees here are great — friendly and efficient. The line is often out the door, but I’m always in and out in under ten minutes. This location is very small and it can get crowded inside, but they are so efficient that I’m never standing around for long. I love the pumpkin iced coffee with skim milk. It’s the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor and a great yummy drink that’s relatively low cal(120 calories for a small). I will definitely try the other flavors once I can tear myself away from the pumpkin. I am also a big of the egg white flatbreads — great option for breakfast. This DD location is a gem!

Tried the coffee here about 7 – 8 times(once it was an iced coffee). The first time, the coffee was honestly amazing. Fresh, had a good flavor, etc. However, the second time I came back, it was horrible! Sour tasting(which I found out later happens when the coffee has been sitting for two long). It was actually so bad that I couldn’t drink it and just had to throw it out. Kept going back and kept getting sour cups of crap(inadvertent reference to the Austin Powers movie). Finally, I decided that I had wasted more than enough money here chasing after the elusive perfect cup of coffee. I probably would have given it two or three stars if it had been a hit-or-miss experience. But my experience was basically all misses.

A small Dunkin Donuts to quickly grab donuts and coffee for meetings or other, they rarely disappointed. Other than the long line at times in the mornings, they moved pretty quickly. Coffee & donut turnover is high here due to the staff and students at the university.

I’ve been to several dunkins across the country but this one probably has the WORSTBAGELS among all the DD’s I’ve been to. It’s already bad enough that they make you spread the cream cheese on the bagel yourself but my plain bagel tasted like cardboard. I was originally going to give it two stars but the coffee was decent enough to give them an extra star.

Nothing wrong with a little Double D every now and then. Not as good as many local coffee shops, Double D is by far the best of the chains(suck it Bucks!) The stores do vary a bit, but I’ve always had faovrable reviews of this one. Coffee is always fresh, staff is pleasant, empty during the summers. However, during the school year it can get swamped with UPenn hordes(although the staff does a good job of moving people through a relatively small store.) A good DD option.
