This location is always packed with commuters, which is fairly obvious give the location(next to two major commuter stations). I have only been here during the morning rush, and despite the large number of customers, this place runs like a well-oiled machine. A manger is always on the floor, overseeing the flow of orders and customers. As orders are prepared, the workers loudly say the order so that you know that yours is ready. I tend to be in and out within 5 minutes and get service with a smile. What more can you ask for?

Out of this world customer service. I try not to rate chains but this Dunkin in particular became more than a chain — it was«my coffee shop.» There must be hundreds of customers that bustle in from the SEPTA station but each time we go, they know our order right off the bat. At the busy times, they work to get peoples’ orders from them while they’re standing in line that way once you pay there’s no extra waiting. Generally, I have my coffee in my hand before I’ve even ordered at the cash register!

At this Dunkin donuts location, I had a bad experience with their donuts. Got the Boston crème and Krueller donut which we both very dry and tasted like they had been out for more than a day. Seems like Dunkins skimp out on the crème given my Boston crème only had one good bite full of crème… otherwise my friends get coffee here often and it is pretty solid in terms of consistency as other Dunkins. This place is conveniently located right next to the 8th street market frank ford line and can get packed with people in the morning and rush hours.

There’s an advertisement screen showing 2 new flavors jamoca fudge and cookie dough flavoring for ice coffee, I said I’ll have one of those, «sorry we do not have those flavors» what kind of crazy is that? It’s like going to KFC and asking for fried chicken and they don’t have any

This is one of the better Dunkin Donuts in the city. It was clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Breakfast Sandwich I ordered was OK. Place was packed with customers. Service was a bit slow.

I was stupid enough to stop by here even though I knew it would just make my donut craving worse. This and every Dunkin Donuts location is a travesty. Their stale, bland factory donuts are hardly worth the name, but all the people who wouldn’t know a good donut if it hit them in the face apparently keep this nasty chain in business, preventing real competition in the donut/bakery market. And don’t even get me started on their«bagels» which are basically big puffy hamburger buns with a hole taken out out of the middle. Seriously, Dunkin Donuts exemplifies everything that is wrong with America. I mean dang Americans, if you are going to be the fattest people outside of Micronesia, at least get fat on something worth eating instead of chowing down on the disgusting garbage sold by Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is pretty good though.

I love Double Ds! What guy doesn’t? And by Double Ds, I do mean Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee and donuts here always hits the spot. This particular Philly location was no different. Now if only they would start expanding and implement some franchises in the Bay Area. That would be awesome. San Jose could definitely use less bitter, overpriced Starbucks coffee.
