took our SX4 sedan in for a warranty repair, they 1st tried to charge us for a scan of onboard computer 98.00, being a warranty repair suzuki would pay for the scan but these people tried to «double dip «to get payment from suzuki as well as the customer, this dealership shows no class whats– so — ever, and aren’t trust worthly, a waste of time and more damage caused by way of not repairing the problem in 1st place, american suzuki is aware of their business practices and i have filed a complaint with the manufacturer, i wouldn’t buy anything here, car, service, bodywork etc. looks you right in the eye and lies their teeth off

I cannot recommend this place at all for body work. All in all, a lot of talk and very little action. When I took my car to another place to have Desimone’s work looked at the quote summed it up:
«I hate to talk negative about another person’s work but this is the worst body work I’ve seen in my life.»
Feel free to contact me for the entire story. All of the negative reviews I read online made me concerned, but I assumed it would be okay based on the ‘nice face’ up front. I was wrong.
