The «polar vortex» shattered my double-​paned living room window. Waaah.
The first glass/​window repair company I called had to be micro-​managed (ie. I called them at 3pm on the day of their scheduled visit, and it was obvious they’d completely forgotten about me). Then their $ 400 estimate struck me as high, so I called Del Val.
My Del Val contact, Mark, asked thorough questions. Both times his guys showed up (for the assessment and then the installation), it was within minutes of the scheduled time. Final repair cost me $ 195 — Mark’s exact estimate — and the window looks great. Service guys were friendly and quick.
The next time apocalyptic weather conditions affect my casa, I’m calling these DelVal first.
