DASHED

It is my first real experience delivering from dashed. But it is not a good experience. I ordered food and 2 bottles of soda, but when i got it, the soda was not on the package list.

I placed an order with Dash at 1:45pm as it is now 3:40 and my food still has not arrived! I ordered two burgers, guacamole and buffalo wings, why does that take 2hours to make especially when the restaurant is about 5min away.
This is not the first time I ordered from Dash via
, and there was a massive delay. They claim to be rated #1, however a place that puts customers first would not have such a severe delay.
At this point, I am hungry, irritable and just plain pisssed! Meanwhile, I have called Dash directly and both times over 10 min. wait, as they encourage you to leave a message and they will return the call. The first call was placed an hour ago, and no return call. So I am attempting again, and have been on hold again over 10min, and no answer as time ticks away and I become more and more irate!
What started as a nice lunch with my best friend and son, turned into a completely different experience. My recommendation, if you use Foodler, order from the places that are not delivered by Dash. If you use Dash directly! DON’T!!! For the additional fee, it is not worth it at all!
I am a bit of a foodie, have worked at some of the top 4 and 5 star restaurants in and around the city. Customer service is a HUGE deal for me! Having over 15years industry experience, this is completely unacceptable!!!
As I wrap this up, I have been on hold for 18.5min, it is now 3:55, and still NO FOOD!!!
I may start a Facebook page, twitter account and instagram to spread the word about how Dash REALLy treats their customers. Bottom line — THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT US!!!

Consistently inconsistent. First order, sauce was spilled all over the bag. Second time, wrong food. No thank you.

The CEO himself contacted me and gave me $ 30 Foodler bucks. He was very nice and patient. I’ll try the service again.
