This is the single worst CVS i have ever been too. All managerial staff are completely incompetent. The first time I dealt with their incompetence was when I was the only customer in the store, and the manager(who I assume is responsible in pretty much all departments minus the pharmacy) could not locate my photos in which they called me 10 minutes before stating they were ready to pick up. He made me feel stupid, and spoke to me like I had made the entire thing up before a cashier literally walked over to the«PHOTOREADY» station and picked up the envelope that clearly had my name and number on it. The second and most blatant display of disregard for a customer came today. Their«minute clinc» or as it should be referred to as their«hour clinic» I waited for 50 minutes before the PA or practitioner opened her door and stated«hey, I know your the last person in the queue but I go to lunch at 1:30, and its almost 1:30» As somones whose job it is to help people you have got to be kidding me. If you cant take my appointment thats fine. But if you let me sit for 50 minutes your going to get lip from me. Your job revolves around efficiency, and above all helping the customer. Your unaware of your average wait time? your unaware of your average patient«appointment»? ITs your job. Do not tell me to «sit and wait until after lunch» Do you think that I have all day to sit in a CVS and wait for you? A complete nightmare, as a fulltime student my time is valuable and i have classes to attend. I will never go here again, worst medical and customer service experience I have ever had. DONOTGOHERE.

I have been going to this particular CVS since I moved to Philly in ’06. It’s very convenient to get to from my home. The staff are all very nice, helpful etc. But this review is specific to the pharmacy. I use the pharmacy often and never had a problem up until recently. There are two Pharmacists. Jesse, is GREAT! He is most helpful, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. But, the other pharmacist(I’m not sure of his name, he is an older black male) is not only incredibly rude,(I had a chat with another customer who had the same experience with this guy) but apparently does not know how to count. I have, on multiple occasions have been shorted on my medications!!! After the first time of being shorted and complaining, he basically called me a liar. Now, when he is there I stand at the counter and count every last pill. The first time I did it, again, short. When I complained he again, basically called me a liar, took the bottle from me, «counted» it, then handed to back to me and said«see, it’s correct»(yeah, after he had to take it behind the counter to fix!!) either he can’t count, and gets very upset when called out on it, OR he is skimming people’s meds. Either way, it’s disconcerting. If you have the unfortunate opportunity to have this man as your pharmacist COUNTYOURMEDS!!!(right then and there at the counter)!!! Jesse has been spot on, and extremely polite every time. I took down Jesse’s hours and only come in when he is working. It’s annoying that I have limited hours to do my shopping now but it has been a better experience this way. I wouldn’t be surprised if this other pharmacist does not last long there. Here’s hoping. I hope this helps someone out there. Healthcare/meds are expensive(if you don’t have insurance) and necessary to live! And when you don’t have your required dosages because of a pharmacist mess up and they don’t make it right? It’s incredibly WRONG! Again, I cannot say enough about Jesse, but this other guy just isn’t right.

This is my new CVS since moving to East Falls. Any employee I’ve ever interacted with has been nice, and the pharmacy folks are very helpful and will go out of their way for you. In the past, CVS pharmacies annoyed me even just thinking about having to go. Sometimes they’ll be out of a certain shade of makeup I typically buy, but usually they have everything. Unexpected bonus? There is ALWAYS a sale on nuts here. This is where I consistently buy my raw almond stockpile. Sometimes there’s even a sale on Starbucks coffee.

I’m always in here and let me tell you. AMAZING staff. No doubt the kindest cvs workers you’ll find. They often lack in stock and it’s not my primary shopping cvs but I work down the street so. Customers are always greeted as they walk in the door and they’re more than happy to help with anything!

This CVS location is my primary one for prescriptions. Not only do they have a drive-thru(what?!), they also leave automated messages when your prescriptions are ready. The staff are also really friendly and the store is well stocked and organised.

Store is a little messy and disorganized. The service was fast and the cashier was very polite.

I have only been to this particular CVS twice and both times were horrible experiences. Their stock is lacking and the employees are unfriendly. The 2nd time I was there, I spoke to the manager(man? woman? who knows???). It was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you need to go to CVS, go to the one in Roxborough or Andorra instead.
