The owner Patrick is liar and crook, he said he fixed my bumper but it come apart five months later. And I doubt if fix he fixed the under lining problem. Every time I call he says bring it back but he’s never there.
He is NOT to be trusted!

After a deer trampled the hood of my car, the tow truck driver suggested I take it to Conway. I usually Unilocal EVERYTHING before I go but after my accident I had no time to think, so I took a chance. Glad I did. I immediately felt more relaxed when I got there. Patrick is very personable and so is his staff. Honestly I thought my car was going to be totaled but they worked with my insurance company and wound up basically replacing everything under the hood. It took longer than expected because some of the parts were on backorder, but when I got it back the car looked brand new.
A week later my brakes were squealing and I wasn’t sure if it had to do with the body work, so Patrick told me to bring it back in. It turns out my brake pads were completely worn down and it happened without warning because the indicator on my old brake pads had broken off. He ran out that day to get the parts, showed them to me (as well as my old brake pads) and installed them while I waited, all at a discounted price. Definitely recommend!

Got my minivan fixed after numerous dents and scratches and backing up into a wall. They made it really easy and the rental car company worked with them to have rental car picked up there when my van was done. At the beginning of the process, I made sure to leave my car there to have the claims adjuster work directly with the shop to come up with the estimate.
