Do not bring your electronics here! Brought my laptop here because the charge plugin had broken. They said my motherboard had burned out, and it would cost me roughly $ 290, — I told them I would pick my laptop back up with out having it fixed. Aince they advertise with a free diagnosis this should not be a problem.
When I went to pick it up my mousepad didn’t work anymore and the guy behind the counter said; «we’re sorry it was a mistake but you got a free diagnosis»… There were also a lot of scratches on my cover which weren’t there before.
So he just added 2 problems. When I said something about it he became pissed off and started yelling… Very unprofessional!

I am impressed by this place. I’ve had both the keyboard on my Dell laptop replaced at Computer Troubleshooters and the screen on my iPhone 6 replaced. John and Andrew provide excellent service and if they can’t fix it then you pay nothing. These guys are legit and as good as it gets.

This store was recommended to me by a friend in the neighborhood who was very satisfied with their service. John Goodman, one of the owners, gave me a free tip about how to get my router to work after I got a new modem. I had asked people at Staples where I purchased the router and they either didn’t know or they wouldn’t give me the advice for free. Goodman really knew what he was talking about and was willing to share it, knowing that I was a potential paying customer in the future. After that tip, I was able to figure out what to do. He saved me the price of a new router and the fee for a technician. It was actually pretty simple once I learned the trick. I would definitely recommend this store because they are not out to nickel and dime their customers. They want to establish long-​term relationships. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I didn’t actually use their service.

Never ever trust them. We dropped off a laptop with a detached keyboard and they gave us back a big bill and a damaged system board. Thank god we found Garrett at Wise Guy Repairs to fix all of the problems we created. When we went back to talk about this they were completely unresponsive AND someone else walked in to complain about something similar and they ignored him as well.

I had gone here over the summer after my lenovo ultrabook wasn’t powering up. The repair guys were honest and upfront. It took just over a week to figure out the problem, order the parts, and repair and they kept in regular communication. Excellent customer service and problem solving. Would go there again if ever needed.

Had a Thinkpad with a bad hinge — the laptop wouldn’t close anymore. Dropped it off here, and they gave me two options — a $ 79 fix that would involve a little drilling and two slightly unseemly screws, or a $ 130 ish fix where they order spare parts and make it look pretty.
I went for the cheap fix, I trusted them to drill into my laptop hinge, and the thing came out working perfectly! 30 day warranty on repairs. The guys seem very knowledgeable and are friendly.
The first time they told me it was ready, it turned out it actually wasn’t, but by the next business day the whole thing was good to go.

Wow, I just can’t let the mendacity of the comment slide: no point responding point-​for-​point. If its logic, grammar, and spelling-​challenged quality isn’t enough of a clue, check out the filtered reviews for this place and see that the owner wrote one himself (and has done so on at least one other site). Can also document everything I’ve written here — PM me for details. But please stay away and take your money somewhere more reputable, reliable, and competent, especially if it’s an important and expensive job.

Dropped the computer off here to clear a virus. (Admittedly, I was duped into downloading some fake anti-​virus software.) They were not only super-​quick in cleaning the virus, but they went above and beyond by installing anti-​virus software and a few other enhancements aimed at improving the speed of my system. I can’t necessarily tell that it’s faster… but the virus is certainly gone and the legit anti-​virus software works like a charm.
