I want to give two thumbs up to the people at Collision Decision. You guys are true professional. You guys came and towed my car in the middle of the night which saved me a headache with PPA. The process was so smooth when Andy walked you through it. Andy (the owner) opened on Saturday morning just to take care of my paper work and my car rental. I would like to thank Annette for her assistant through out the process, the email follow up, the phone call on the status and etc. You are a true professional. Most importantly, they did a very good job on my car. I got all new parts, paint job is amazing. They cleaned the interior of your car then washed your car before you pick up. I would definitely call them again for service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Collision Decision. They were on point from the time /​response to the accident through the completion of the work. They run a thorough business with a welcoming family atmosphere. My car came out looking like new and they honored the time frame they gave me. I highly recommend this collision repair shop!

I wish there was a way to give more stars for the service that I received from Collision Decision! So from the night of my accident to the time I got my car back these guys went above and beyond, their customer service is astonishing! There was $ 11,000 worth of damage to my car and the insurance company was really trying to total the car I just bought a few months ago which is a 2012 Lancer that has 25,000 ! Andy (the owner) really helped fight to get my car fixed for me because I would have really been screwed if they totaled it, he even offered to help me get a loaner after the check the insurance company sent was running late! Now when I picked my car up I was shocked at how much love they put into my car!!! The work they did left me speechless they even fixed the back bumper which had a crack and missing paint from when I bought it, they even replaced all my rims and tires, most of the damage done to my car was under carriage and lower front end and lower sides damage! They did not cheap out on anything! My car was even detailed before I got it back! SERIOUSLY my car looks better than when I bought it! I am really not good at writing these and I don’t really like writing reviews but after the love I got from these guys it was the least I could do, especially after a month of hell in my personal life starting from the night of the accident! I really can’t say enough about these guys! Thank you so much guys you have no idea what I have been going through and what you guys did for me made one of the toughest months of my life end with some happiness!!!

I collided into a median because someone almost veered into my car. It was after 3am and I was very tired. I received a tow from Collision Decision. They were very friendly and they took my car to the body shop and gave me a ride home. I was a little leery taking my car into a body shop that I haven’t had any experience with before. I hoped and prayed that my vehicle would be in good hands.
I received an estimate for some body and paint work. I went through my insurance. My situation was a little complicated because I have numerous aftermarket parts on my vehicle and I was concerned how those parts would be affected with the repairs.
The experience working with Andy the owner has been fantastic. They completed the repairs on my vehicle in about a week. Once completed the vehicle looked fantastic. The paint matched perfectly, and the car drove as good as before I got into the accident. The customer service there was terrific. And my fear of trying a new body shop was unfounded as I realized my vehicle was in good hands the entire time. They worked very carefully around my aftermarket parts and they were great in getting me my vehicle back to me in record time.
I would definitely work with them again if I need any body work done. Not only did they do great repairs, but were a pleasure to deal with.

During a storm, a tree was struck by lightening and my car broke it’s fall. My car is relatively new; prior to this incident, it didn’t have any damage at all but maybe a couple chips or scratches on the bumper. Almost all of the windows were shattered, the doors all dented, lights broken, etc. After the tree fell, it continued to rain for a couple hours, so there was a good amount of inner water damage… it was almost totaled (damage was ~70% of the car’s worth).
A gentleman working for Collision Decision was in the area, and offered to tow my car and have them do the repairs. I was a little hesitant at first– it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought maybe he was trying to take advantage of the situation. He was very polite, gave me all the details and paperwork, understood my hesitation and answered all my questions, then took my car to the shop. I went the next day to fill out the paperwork, and that was it. They contacted my insurance, an estimator came out to see the damage, approved the work, and paid them directly. I didn’t have to do anything. The customer service as well as the presentation of the business itself were excellent. They offered to provide me with a rental, however, I thought I could get by with just my bike in the city.
The job ended up taking about double the amount of time they estimated, but that was understandable, as some of the damage was unseen until the car started to be dismantled. They had to have the insurance company come back out multiple times to approve the newly found damage. All in all, when the car was finally done, it looked better than when I bought it (I bought it certified used, after one owner). The paint was beautiful, the inside was immaculate. So far, everything is running as if nothing ever happened. I’m ecstatic that I went with this company, or should I say that they found me, and I’m thrilled with the work they did. I will update this post if anything changes, but the work is guaranteed for the life of the car, as long as I am the owner, so I do not foresee any issues. Very happy my baby is back with me and looks like she even got a facelift! Definitely recommend this shop.

I got into my first accident and did not know what to do. I was lucky that some guys from collision decision were already on the scene and seen what happen. They were so nice and helpful. The work that they did to my car went above and beyond what was expected. My car looks brand new. I am so pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

My car was t-​boned by a Philly police car at 1 AM on a Sunday morning. $ 5000 worth of damage to the front passenger side wheel and door. The Collision Decison tow truck was first on the scene. The driver and his assistant were very reassuring, friendly, and concerned. They towed the car to the shop, and the manager on duty took care of the paperwork. The promises they made were kept, I never felt that I was being hustled. They provided me with a rental car on the spot, worked well with the insurance adjuster, and got my car back to me in 10 days. It looked brand new, and they even detailed it… even a month later, it still smells fresh, it gleams, and it drives even better than before. If I ever need body work again, Collision Decision will be the company that I call.

This place is freakin AWESOME! Andy the owner extended himself beyond my belief. He & his team’s customer service was incredible! The office when you walk in to it, surprised me! It is beautiful! I was rear ended on New Year’s eve on I95 South. Didn’t have rental insurance on my policy & waited almost 2months before getting it repaired. Andy sent his guy down to pick up my car from work (very nice guy). Andy gave me a loaner car & later payed for my rental so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle while he worked his magic on my car. I picked my car up the other day (ready for me in less than 2weeks. Had a lot of damage) & it is BEAUTIFUL! Looks better than what it did the day I drove it off the car lot I brought it from! Workmanship is impeccable! He certainly has a customer for life! If you get into a finder binder or even if major work need to be done, please go see Andy @ Collision Decisions bc he really knows how to treat his customers & their cars! Love this place! I was in an accident with a taxi in philly and Collision Decision tow trucks showed up in a fraction of a second. They were beyond nice to me from the start and in a timely manor removed my car from the street and brought me into their office. Andy V made my experience suprisingly enjoyable and promptly put me into a rental car and sent me on my way. This all happened around 2:30 in the morning. They repaired my car in a timely manor and we’re very friendly and helpful. I can’t stress enough that if you have the misfortune of getting into an accident in Philadelphia that Andy V and the guys over at Collison Decision are the only way to go. They turned my night from terrible into almost enjoyable. If I could give then more than 5 stars I would.

The folks at Collision Decision are fantastic. I was rear ended by a Taxi cab in Center City (The car had over $ 3,700 in damage). Their tow driver was on the scene immediately, and waited with us until Police arrived. They towed our car to their garage at 11pm, and put us in a rental car immediately. The office is super clean, and all employees are super friendly. They explained every nuance of the process, and told us the car would be ready ASAP. We picked up the car a week later and it looked show room new. I highly recommend their service for all your autobody needs.
