Business Owner
A graduate of Philadelphia’s The Restaurant School, Giuffi has worked at some of Philadelphia’s most renowned restaurants, including: Pasion, Nan, Davio’s and La Boheme. His food philosophy espouses rustic preparation and bold, yet simple flavors — with frequent pork cameos.
In Summer of 2012, Giuffi plans to open Blue Belly BBQ, a casual, counter-service lunch spot at 600 Catharine (just across the street from Cochon).
