Classic Body Worx

Following our accident, we contacted Classic Body Worx. We received immediate attention and a very thorough estimate of our repair. Things I would not even know to look for, therefore glad they took the time to assure everything was identified that needed to be repaired. Prior to the repairs starting, we had to pick up a rental car at Enterprise, which was 45 minutes away from Classic. The rep asked us who was repairing our vehicle. We said Classic Body Worx. His response was «they must be really good, we get so many people telling us that is where they go» He also stated that is rare to have so many people go that far for repairs, so he knows they are good. This was great to hear and made us very confident of our decision. From the start to the finish we were advised of the progress and received our vehicle back one day sooner then estimated! Great job to the team at Classic Body Worx!

They worked on my car after I’ve been in accident where I had been T-​boned and the right side of my relatively new car looked devastating. I’ll keep this review short like they’ve done with my car. The turn around was quick (faster than originally estimated). The car looks great. They were extremely accommodating and even took the time to look for some items in my car when I called to check if I’ve left them behind. Good experience considering the circumstances.

These guys fixed up my 2003 VW GTI. The work was top quality and the car looks like new again. The customer service was great and very personal. I will definitely give these guys more business if I ever need body work again.

Had a accident in my 08 Honda Accord sent it here and these guys did an amazing job looked better than it did before… told me it would be done on July 6^th and it was done early on June 30^th… beautiful shop as well… Thanks a lot guys !

The people that work here are friendly and polite. They fixed my car 2005 Honda and made it look new. EXCELLENT! Great price. My car is now spotless and looks almost new.

It took them 4 weeks to fix something that would need two weeks max. They kept setting my pickup date back with no explanation why. The cost for repairs ended up being higher than average. My car looked fine when it was done, but it cost me dearly to be without my car for that extended time. And every time I called for an update, there was no sense of urgency or priority for my car. I would not go back to this shop, they baby sat my car more than they worked on it.

These guys are exactly what everyone fears when they need a car fixed after an accident. They took 3 weeks to fix a quarter pannel, that they originally told me was going to be 2 weeks. They forgot to put parts back on my car that were not effected from the accident in the first place. My satellite radio has not worked since I have picked up my car, even though the accident was in the back of the car? I asked them to install factory fog lights that I purchased from a dealer, and guess what… they have never worked and they instructed me that I need to take it to the dealer. Had I known this I would not have let them touch the lights in the first place! To top it off they forgot to give me registration and insurance back. And guess what there response was… «We’re human». Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
