SO, SO, SLOW. After sitting in my car (transaction already tubed away) for 5 minutes, I pushed the «teller call» button and a voice said «he’s almost finished, thank you for your patience».
I was the ONLY one in the drive through! Took a total of 9 minutes to be finished.

Do not bank here! We closed our account because of all the stupid/​random fees they impose on you, only to have our CLOSED account still racking up their fees!!! Do yourself a favor– go to TD bank, less fees, less bullshit!

Citizens Bank has branches in the northeastern US (CT, DE, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT), so if you have a need to do face-​to-​face transactions often, keep that in mind.
This Citizens branch (open seven days a week) is clean and well-​decorated — sometimes you run into a bank that looks dilapidated, and none-​too-​trustworthy. (It’s a minor thing which could mean nothing, but if a bank skimps on its appearance and employees, what ELSE might it skimp on?) It’s near a SEPTA stop and there’s decent parking in their lot. I came here to help a friend open a checking account. Pat Smith, the assistant manager, helped us and was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. If she’s still there (as I was at the bank awhile ago), ask for her!
