Great Cinnabon, the location isnt that bad since it is right in between the entrance of the Gallery and the Septa station. Staff is pretty nice, I had a birthday reward from Cinnabon and one of the employees gave me the biggest drink despite the coupon being for a regular drink, that was nice of her. There is a lot of seating in the back of the store, something that not many cinnabons have especially in a food court setting.

They are rude and expensive! I complained to Cinnabon main office and they never responded. I’ve been here 3 times and every time was a worse experience than the previous. 3 strikes, I’m finished! If their corporate office had apologized and gave me anything, even a 50% off a cinnabon or $ 1.00 off then I would give them another chance but they obviously don’t care about my business or satisfaction.

It is located in the Gallery I believe it is the only location left in Center City. I ordered the original Cinnabon. They were hot. Customer service was great. No complaints.
