Definitely a tourist stop. They have some super original and funny shirts but they are definitely a bit on the pricey side for some T Shirts!!!

What’s a girl to do when she has 2 hours until the Phillies game and no Phillies shirt? Head over to Cheesesteaktees, of course.
They have a nice selection of unique-​looking designs all printed on high-​quality shirts. They’re all priced in the $ 20 range per shirt, which is a little high for a screen printed tee, but they don’t skimp on quality. The store is large and well organized (guys stuff on one side, girls on the other) and the staff is very friendly. They have an online store if you don’t feel like heading to the store itself.
This is a good place to grab a Philly-​team themed shirt when you’re short on time and don’t want a cheap 3/​$ 20 type shirt from other south street stores.

Cute shirts, but obviously built for the tourists. I have a problem paying $ 22.00 for a tank that says Philly. The staff was friendly; the store was very clean and organized… just a little overpriced for my touristy tastes!

I was back home in Philly for a few days and was on a mission to find some awesome vintage graphic tees that I could bring back to Cbus. This store had that and more! The quality of their product is pretty good. the shirts were soft (almost like american apparel) and the screen printing had a vintage worn look to it. Their sizes ran a little bit small so I went with a large… we will see how bad it shrinks after it’s inaugural washing.
The guy behind the register was a die hard Philly fan. I took a minute to watch the Sixers beat up on the Celtics while shopping. Great addition to my experience in their store!
I picked up a shirt for my younger brother as well. They even wrapped it up like a cheesesteak and then put it in a cardboard lunch pale. That part rocked my socks! It’s always refreshing to see a small business being innovative and creative with more than just it’s products.
I signed up for their email list and am hoping to get some discount coupons and head back in their soon!

I had a really bad experience with online shipping here. Basically after three weeks I still had heard nothing. I was not happy! But one phone call to the store and they more than remedied the situation. Great, great service. Thanks C.T.

I was absolutely blown away with these tees. All I had seen were the lame souvenir/​touristy ones that I would not be caught dead wearing. This place made it all better. The clearance rack is great… but not much small stuff for the ladies. The shirts that are most ideal for the small women are darn expensive, that is my missing star. I was really sad about that. That’s about the only downfall… maybe I’ll just suck it up and get one.

looking for a place to buy all your Philly-​related memorabilia? you can’t pass by South Street without stopping by here. \
the t-​shirts, hoodies, hats and little trinkets all have a «cool/​street» vibe. you’re definitely not shopping in a novelty/​tourist shop. this is stuff you would want for yourself or to buy for a friend/​relative because it’s dope. nothing too CHEESY… oh yes, pun intended.
the associates are very helpful and suggest items for you if you’re unsure of what to buy for someone. the prices are great and often have big deals/​sales. i love it.

got my Halladay HotWheels here, friendlly people and the place had the coolest dressing cubicles all shaggy and all. Great Store for Phillies stuff only a Philadelphian can appreciate. Rep Hard Rep Local indeed. Shirts with the attitude.

Great selection of Philly shirts and the price is right. Too bad they don’t carry baby or toddler sizes.
