Checkers food is amazing, especially the fries. It’s the service here that’s horrible. I’ve been here a few times, and none have been a pleasant experience. Even when you’re the only person waiting to order, the staff will take forever to walk up to the window(I’m talking a good five minutes where they repeatedly walk by, look at you and keep going). One time a customer threatened to start a fight because their order keept getting messed up, I had to leave without ordering that time.

This place has good food. Checkers is good don’t get me wrong. This place is terrible they have no manners they can’t properly comprehend the meaning of taking a order. I understand there is so much going on in the kitchen and I have a large order but come on. Please choose another one where they will treat you respectively.

Literally the worst fast food experience you will ever have. I’ve come here many times as it was a guilty pleasure. As it has spiraled downhill I’ve finally given up. The food is dried out and burned and the cheese is never melted however, the service at this location is what makes it the worst. These people do not care enough to ever get an order right. Honestly, it’s pure laziness. I ordered two sandwiches and handed over a $ 20 and the cashier gave me a $ 1 back. One night the cashier rushed us through the drive thru then proceeded to make us pull around to wait 15 minutes for our food. The employees have the most miserable attitudes and you might want to say«can you blame them?» Yes. If you can’t do your job efficiently then don’t work there. How hard is it to assemble chicken, lettuce, and mayo on a bun? From stale buns to disgusting heaping globs of mayo. From soggy greasy fries to blackened buns. By the way if you actually park and walk inside to order, they will ignore you and only serve the drive thru until all the cars are gone. When the bars close and there’s nowhere left to eat around here, please, save yourself and choose WaWa instead.

The food when cooked right and your order is right is really good. I love the chili cheese fries. The service however is REALLY bad. The employees are rude and almost always get your order wrong. Sometimes I think they do that on purpose. I don’t use cash anymore unless I give the exact amount because I just don’t trust them. I recommend using a debit or credit card and checking your order before you pull away.

The worst drive through! The girl at the drive thru 9⁄13 at 1 Am was rude and was cursing! Worst service ever! Will never go there!

The Buns can be unfresh and stake tasting sometimes. You can tell that’s the Fries were unthawed. They frequently mess up my orders as well.

I really hate coming here, but I can’t stop eating their fries, so I’m doomed. The service here is iffy. Most of the time it’s painfully slow. Once I came during lunch and was told they’re weren’t open yet because the managers had come in late. Who does that?!? I was even short changed a whole dollar once. I tried to tell the girl at the window she owed me $ 1, but she was convinced that her math was correct. To make sure, I even did the calculation on my phone and still no dollar. The manager came and sided with the young lady, so there was no chance of ever seeing that dollar ever again. They’re lucky there’s no other Checker’s in the area. I just know to never use cash at this location.

stopped in today for a big bufford and a shake, they used to be a value added chain now they are as expensive as arby’s or fudruckers, they totally screwed up the burger order and could only eat ½ of it because the mayo & bbq sauce were fighting eachother so much it just tasted horrid, thank god I got a milkshake to make sure no heartburn set in, called into corporate and let them know, I doubt i’ll stop here again

Today we stopped by here and when we placed our order all seemed well besides them telling us that the milkshake machine was down. Went to pay and the drive thru lady asked us if we could drive to the other window on the opposite side of the building to pick up our for(the passenger drive thru window). O_o. So we did despite the price of gas nowadays. When we got our food I checked our bags everything was there except my daughter’s toy in her kids meal. When I said something to the employer she said«we ran out». The whole point of us getting a kids meal was for the toy other than that we would have just ordered something else for her. Either way we made our way back home. Took a bite of the burger, it was by far the salty-est crap I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t even bother going back. Won’t ever again spend another dime there again.

I don’t know why we keep coming back to this Checkers. My husband loves the fries, so I think why we keep giving it just one more shot. Well today I went and not only was the food not hot, they messed up the order. Also… the mic in the drive through is horrible. There is a lot of interference or something, but it is just bad. I hope this will be our last time here…

I’ve decided that Checkers is my fave fast food burger. I got hooked when I lived in the midwest and ate at Rallys(same thing). This is why I like Checkers burgers best: they have an equal ration of ketchup, mustard, and mayo on the burgers and they use RED onions. IDK, it’s just a good burger. Also their loaded fries are delicious, messy and probably 1300 calories but that’s OK they’re so good. Also the counter and drive thru move fast. A++
