Extremely friendly father and son team. Found them on Unilocal after just moving to Philadelphia and needed some minor jewelry repairs. The repairs were done quickly and for a very reasonable price. They made my grandmothers charm bracelet look like new. My cousin didn’t even recognize a piece my grandmother wore every day for years!
Highly recommended and they have an adorable Golden Retriever who appears to be the store mascot. Its a very laid back and comfortable environment which is sometimes hard to find in jewelry stores.

My fiancé and I have had the best experience with Campbell & Company. Back in 2014 my fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and Ed and Rich were so helpful and knowledgeable. We went to countless jewelers including many on jewelers row, Tiffany’s, and many in the suburbs and our experience at Campbell & Company far exceeded everywhere else. My ring was custom made to exactly the style I wanted and they spent so much time with us looking at different diamonds prior to purchasing mine. I can’t tell you how many compliments I get about how beautiful my ring is. We will be purchasing our wedding bands here this summer and we have stopped by many times to talk to them about different options and every time Ed and Rich are so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Campbell & Company enough!

They have a 3D printer (Form 2) in the showroom, so I was sold. They also did an excellent job sizing an heirloom engagement ring.

Fearing the worst starting the process of finding/​designing the perfect engagement ring, I couldn’t have been happier with Campbell’s. The process from start to finish was simple and relaxed without an ounce of pressure. Both Ed and Rich are extremely gentle, warm, friendly and happy people that put you at ease while going through possibly the most harrowing experience of your (definitely my) life.
I’ll mention I visited about 5 – 6 other jewelers in philly, on and off Sansom St, and the combination of the diamond, the great price and the service were all top notch.
After I changed my mind on the type of ring I wanted to buy (from simple Tiffany style to a more complex custom vintage halo) Ed and Rich never wavered in helping me through the process. They had the patience in allowing me to think and rethink, tweak and retweak all the various nuances I wanted included or removed in the ring, while they provided their professional input as well.
I was more than skeptical that it would come out perfect (don’t get hung up on the CAD drawing everyone, trust the jeweler) I was absolutely blown away with the final product. I’m admittedly not easily impressed but the quality of the diamond and the style and quality of the ring they put together gets me choked up just thinking about it, it’s everything I could have wanted. I picked up the ring at 7am (they opened up early to accommodate my schedule) and the ring was so remarkable I couldn’t wait, I drove an hour to visit my girlfriend and proposed that morning. It was slightly too big so they resized it for free in 15 minutes, perfect.
Not only am I elated but my fiancé, her coworkers, friends and family are all blown away with the quality and the sparkle of this ring. Thanks again guys.

I think back nearly 3 years ago when i walked into Campbell & Company for the first time, on the daunting quest to understand the engagement ring world. Going into this, i had little experience with any form or fashion of jewelry, or jewelry stores.
Doing as much research as I could, i built out a short list of Philly area stores that i wanted to check out to learn more about diamonds and ring design, all while having a vision for the perfect engagement ring for my now wife.
Over the course of many months, that shortlist became even shorter, with a key factor being trust. When you meet Ed, Rich and Cody for the first time, you’ll see what i mean. They were patient in learning what i was looking for, and valuing quality, came back with options that fit that. Along the way, they were focused on the quality and customer, versus the sale, which was the opposite of many different places.
Since the initial walk through the door, Campbell & Company has been the stop for jewelry cleanings and fixes, watch batteries, wedding bands, pre-​bachelor party airplane ticket scavenger hunt and I’m sure more today.
Today, not only could i be any luckier with a beautiful wife, but lucky to have come across Ed, Rich and Cody.

I found Campbell & Co on Unilocal while we were looking to have a wedding band made that would match my antique engagement ring. Wow, we were so impressed with Ed and Rich upon meeting them! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they gave good advice without being pushy. We felt so comfortable with them and were confident that they would do a great job! We decided to trust them with both of our wedding bands within that first visit. The entire process was amazing and our rings are so beautiful! And the custom band matches my engagement ring perfectly! I can’t thank them enough!!!

After searching Unilocal reviews for a place near my work to get multiple pieces of jewelry fixed, I stumbled on Campbell and Company. I’m happy to report that all the amazing reviews are for a reason– this place stands above the rest in terms of customer satisfaction and I was very pleased with the service. This father and son duo know what they’re doing and are super amicable— if you are looking for a great jewelry shop, look no further!

Ed and Rich Campbell are terrific. I brought in my grandmother’s emerald and diamond ring (good stones, but a style I’d never wear) and asked how they might redesign it as a pendant. Rich came up with a great design, and after I said how much I liked the initial sketch, he went back and created very clear computer images of what it would look like from all angles. I picked up the necklace today, and it’s gorgeous! I had also explained the combination of elements I wanted in a chain (delicate but not too thin, something with a little sparkle), and Rich had special ordered the perfect chain. All in all: beautiful design, excellent workmanship, and great customer service. If I ever have this type of work again, I’ll definitely be going back to Ed and Rich.

I was recommended this business by a great friend of mine for jewelry so I went and bought a pair of diamond earrings as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The service I received was great, the quality I received was great especially for the price. After giving the gift, my girlfriends hard to please friend who is extremely picky loved the earrings and even said «great quality, where did he go». Now you have to know how picky she is, so much that her boyfriend bought her a pair of earrings and she took them back. SO her approval, not that I needed it, felt good… haha
Any how, it’s now time that I want to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I go back to Campbells. Rich was taking care of me and he was very patient to say the least. I’ve spent days there looking at diamonds, going through all the specs and even asking can he design something that I want. Rich was so helpful at explaining everything to me. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get me to buy just to make a sale. Rich said he can make whatever I wanted and that he also has a CAD and a 3D printer, awesome ! We went into great detail and Rich even sent me CAD pictures to overlook any changes and to get the approval.
After allowing some time to go by Rich finally had the ring completed. I came money in hand ready to pay (Rich knew this). I looked and wasn’t particularly satisfied, I mean I was amazed at what he did but there was somethings about it that through me off sorta speak. We talked about some changes and what could be done. Rich felt it could be a bit better too, You never know until the product is done, A picture is a picture not the finished product. Rich knowing I had the cash took the ring back and said «I’ll make it better, add these changes and send you another picture». A week later the ring was finished and the final product was amazing, it lit me up. I saw the look on Rich’s face and I knew he even loved it. Rich said he would «EAT» the labor on this second round because he wanted to satisfy me and that he wasn’t happy with the first product as well.
The service, patience, workmanship and great customer service will have me and my fiancé back for any further jewelry needs and I certainly recommend Campbells to anyone.
Remember that picky friend? haha Well once again she approved, not that I needed it, especially on this one.haha. She loved it and said «did he go to that place again».
I must note that all this business, back and forth I was doing was while Campbells were in between moves to another building. Their new place wasn’t up and ready yet and I made visits to 3 different locations (they had to do a lot of moving around until their new place was ready, it wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be). Upon the stress I can imagine they were under, I still received great patience and service. Thanks to Rich and his Dad, Really great guys.

When I decided that I was going to propose to my now fiancée, I started doing my research of jewelers in the Philly area. I looked at tons of reviews, but nothing even came close to the positive reviews I saw about Campbell & Company. They almost looked too good to be true, so I had to check for myself.
I went down to jeweler’s row on a Friday and looked at all the different jewelers available. A lot of them had huge signs and flashy billboards, and then I saw the simple and nice storefront of Campbell & Company. At this point, I was really excited to go in and see if all the amazing reviews I read were true… and well, they were.
I went in and met with Rich, and he was SO nice and helpful. This was the first jeweler I went to looking for the engagement ring, and after just speaking with Rich for a few minutes, I decided I wasn’t going to look anywhere else. Rich was the guy I wanted to work with. He didn’t pressure me in any way, he explained all the different options available, and he even showed me a few designs that he recently worked on and designed.
Rich and his father Ed are two great guys. They are honest people and I couldn’t imagine getting my ring anywhere else. I will definitely be back to Campbell & Company for my and my fiancée’s wedding bands, and they definitely have all of my jewelry business from now on.

after getting beyond frustrated dealing with rolex in NYC and numerous jewelers in the paoli, berwyn devon area I went online to find rich, he asked I bring it down and was so easy to deal with and said «NO PROBLEM»
I just had the watch picked up on jewelers row and they went overboard to do it perfectly (a small lug repair) for little $ and so nice to deal with, they have my business from here on !!!

I got my ring resized here. They were able to size it while I waited, and it only took about 20 minutes. My ring fits perfectly now. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and normal (not smarmy), and the price was very reasonable. I didn’t look that closely because I wasn’t shopping, but it looked like they had pretty jewelry.

I’m recently engaged, and requested a unique stone for my engagement ring (morganite). My fiancé bought a beautiful ring, and while I was in Philadelphia on a business trip, I realized the stone was a little loose (not sure if this happened when it was resized or not, but it was hard not to panic)! I found Campbell & Company online, and picked them because of their great reviews.
The Campbells were so helpful, so kind, and fixed my ring within 24 hours. It looks wonderful, and I can rest assured that I won’t lose this beautiful, and very large stone! Amazingly, they even did it free of charge! You should definitely head down there and meet Cody… you’ll understand immediately why he’s always the Employee of the Month! Campbell & Co is a great local business and I plan to buy my wedding band from them in the near future.

This store is family owned and not the typical «pressure you to buy» jewelry store. Rich is very down to earth and the Employee of the Month Cody is always a nice part of the visit.

This is a great store. Great guy’s to deal with. Honest. You never feel like you are getting one pulled over on you like at other stores nearby. Whenever I buy something for my wife I don’t even think about going anyplace else!

I had been saving for an engagement ring for around two years before I walked in to Campbell and Company.
I knew exactly the type of ring I wanted, had set a spending limit and did as much research as possible on the 4 C’s to be sure I was getting the best deal for my money.
I spent hours poring over reviews on various sites online before setting foot in a store.
I eventually settled on Campbell and Company because they were the ONLY shop on all of Jewelers Row that didn’t have a single bad review. I figured this had to be a good sign.
When I did finally walk in I knew I was in to the right place. Rich helped me sort out all of the details painlessly over a lunch break and in less than a week he called to let me know my custom ring was done.
When I saw the finished product I was flat out astonished. And when I finally proposed my fiancé’ was left speechless.
We’ll definitely be returning here for our wedding bands and any other jewelry purchase to be made in the future.
You could try shopping around, but you’ll be wasting your time. Go with Campbell and Company, they won’t do you wrong.

Having a very good idea about the type of engagement ring I wanted, I searched Unilocal for the highest rated jewelry on Jewelers’ Row.
As a Philly transplant, I didn’t «know a guy» or have an affinity toward any of the stores you pass along Sansom, so I followed what I do when in a new area – set the filter on Unilocal,read the reviews, visited their website, and walked in the door. When you walk into a welcoming store with easy to tell return customers, your trusting of the reviews is reinforced.
My first visit was a look and see. I asked my questions, got the answers, and left not just informed but educated as to how to make the ring I was looking for its best. After certain diamonds were brought in at my request, the return visit saw comparison and description as to why one diamond was the way it was. This visit led to the diamond and subsequent ring my fiancé now wears.
The amount of oohs and ahhs has been very overwhelming for me even. It came down to my choices, but Rich is the one who brought in the stones, gently guided, and made the masterpiece. I was definitely the typical customer, but everything felt right the whole way through. I look forward to being one of those easy to tell return customers.

Rich and Ed are awesome! We love visiting them and Cody at the shop. My perfect engagement ring was bought there, then we returned for our wedding bands, and two different pendants for me over the last 5 years. Everything we have gotten there has exceeded expectations and been beautiful. Most recently they did a custom pendant for me in memory of my pet who passed on. I get so many compliments on the pendant and it is exactly what I wanted. I will never go anywhere else, especially now that we found out they even do repairs. And watches! They do it all. And it’s always a pleasure to go down there and visit these guys because they are so nice. We also like looking in the engagement book and seeing our picture :)
Other items to note: Free parking and they clean your jewelry if you want to stop in and say hello. I love coming here!

I literally walked in and stumbled onto Campbell’s when i was frantically looking to polish my mom’s old engagement ring which i was giving to my girlfriend in asking her for her hand. I was walking around jewelry district and did not know what to do, or where to start, being a guy with no diamond experience, but when i walked in, i was supremely blessed.
Ed, was just about to close up, but stuck around to polish the ring for me. FOR FREE.
i was so amazed and touched, i took my then fiancée back when we were looking at wedding bands, and got a wonderful ring for her.
Absolutely pleasant experience. Highly recommended, no shady deals, no pressure, he lets you take your time.

After reaching a significant birthday, I wanted to purchase a simple ring with a single sapphire (my birthstone) that had a thin diamond band, but couldn’t find one anywhere that I liked. Rich was patient asking me what I was looking for and better understanding my preferences. After looking at some options, Rich ended up designing a custom creation for me that is elegant, simple, and beautiful!!! He has good taste and took great lengths to find the perfect sapphire for the ring. I have received many compliments (even from strangers!) on this ring. :) It’s pretty awesome to have something so delicate and beautiful that is «one of a kind»!
Both Ed and Rich are super friendly, patient (I asked a bazillion questions), and willing to help. They did not pressure me at all; I was so grateful for this as the world of jewelry can be super intimidating. They made the journey fun and easy… and I have a gorgeous piece as a result!
