Business Owner
My background includes working in the pastry departments of Striped Bass, Circa, Morimoto, Le Bec Fin, and Twenty21. I gained front of the house knowledge and experience working for City Tavern and Moshulu along with a bachelor’s degree from Penn State in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management obtained in May 2001.
