Specialties
Bossam Bar is a quick-service restaurant, in the sense that customers are not waited on. While we wanted to establish a quick and casual self-serving flow during the restricted 1-hour lunch for the office goers, most of our menu is made to order, with freshly prepared ingredients every morning.
History
Established in 2010.
Bossam Bar is an Asian wrap house, located in the Jeweler’s Row in downtown Philadelphia, run by Joe and Ken, a couple of Korean-American guys from Los Angeles. They worked together in Los Angeles as foreign investment consultants specializing in restaurants. After moving to Philadelphia, they have both worked as part of staff and/or contracted as consultants for different restaurants before finally opening their first restaurant — Bossam Bar.
