Amy’s Pizzeria

I wanted to come back to provide an update. The manager from Amy’s called me on Saturday to apologize for the order. He went on to say that if I ever encounter a problem with the food to call them back so that they can make it right! This is a first for me and meant a lot to receive the call. Because they took the time to do some customer recovery I will give this place another shot! They are getting the 3-​stars for the customer service…
Last update… I called to request the replacement pizza yesterday. The manager was very nice… I didn’t have to do a lot of explaining. The pizza (plain pie at my request) was sent over right away. The pizza really was delicious!!! Thanks for going out of your way to satisfy your customers!!!

Since I’ve ordered from this place several times now Ive really become disappointed every time. They have a lot of potential but I think the people that work there are idiots and brining the place down. Management has got to get their act together on the kids that work here. Every time I order something is screwed up. More then once now I order and item and it’s not included in my delivery. Is usually don’t complain bc I also wasn’t charged for it.
So clearly the persona taking the order just isn’t paying attention. Secondly I always order a 2 liter diet coke and I always get regular. Three times now that’s happened. Lastly their pizza kinda went down hill. Could be because it just took so long to get delivered that by the time I got it my Margarita pizza was a soggy mess. I guess If you’re planning on ordering from here I would recommended picking up and checking your order. The only reason this place didn’t get less then 3 stars is bc their wing sauce is pretty good. However I’ll be taking a hiatus from ordering from Amy’s for a while.
Probably won’t be ordering from here for a long time.

Ordered from here a few times now. The pizza is decent. The cheese fries were nice and crispy. The wings had a nice homemade buffalo sauce that was good. Best overall pizza place in 19 116.

Great deals and lunch specials. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is great. Give them a try! you won’t be disappointed.

I had been eating the pizza for a while and lost count of how many. Great pizza made by great people. Not only do they make great pizza, but their ½ pound chesse steak. And affordable prices for top notch quality food.
