Established in 2011.

After being in the skin care business for over a decade, Naomi Fenlin created «About Face Skin Care» in order to provide her patients with a skin care facility solely dedicated to the highest quality skin care technologies, laser treatments and services.

Business Owner

First and foremost, Naomi Fenlin is a mom. After watching one of her daughters suffer year after year with terrible cystic Acne, Fenlin desperately wanted to find a solution to clear her daughter’s skin. No product worked, no prescription did what was intended, and in the end Naomi’s daughter was left frustrated, depressed, and still acne-​ridden.

Never a quitter, Naomi entered the world of aesthetics in an effort to learn how to fix the root of her daughter’s skin problem. After years of experimentation and study, Fenlin developed her own Acne protocol and has since established a unique method of using lasers to erase all signs of current and past acne.

Now, Naomi is an instructor for Isolaz, Fraxel and Thermage, and is frequently tapped to teach other health care professionals how to best use these skin-​changing laser devices.

And her daughter? If you saw her, you’d be hard-​pressed to believe she wasn’t born with the perfect, porcelain, blemish-​free skin she now has.

Naomi and her staff are amazing. I did everything to cure my acne and nothing worked– until fraxel. Anyone who’s dealt with acne knows the pain and suffering it causes, physically and emotionally. About face was my miracle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anywhere else!

Any anxiety I had worked up over getting fraxel was completely disippated once I sat down with Raelle to discussed my options and expectations. There’s no coercion or blowing smoke here. Just realistic expected outcomes and accurate recovery expectations. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I chose to have fraxel done. I have now had two procedures thus far, and a third will be today. My entire experience with Raelle and the other staff members has been so comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend these talented women. They care about you and your experience, and it certainly shows.

Amazing results!!! I’ve been going to About face, for about 6 months, to help correct sun damage, acne scars, and breakouts… Raelle, who couldn’t be sweeter, recommended Clear + Brilliant treatments along with Isolaz. The combination of both treatments has transformed my skin, it never looked better! Over the years I spent lots of money on treatments and products that just didn’t work. It’s such a great feeling to see tremendous improvements after every appointment! The entire staff is great– so friendly and helpful! I love their products as well! Thank you!!!

So I love love love about face skincare Naomi has such a beautiful relaxing office and her staff a warm and welcoming. I love Becky she’s so sweet. Sarah does an amazing job with injectables. Lol I must say I think I’m addicted. I recommend about face to anyone. I even got my mom in there.

I was looking for a place in the city to have thermage done. I had read some great reviews about about face and Naomi and made an appointment for a treatment. Although I was nervous, Naomi couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable or relaxed during the treatment. Contrary to what I’ve heard thermage did not hurt at all and Naomi couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. When I was there I also learned about the clear and brilliant procedure which I had heard lots of positive reviews on. I booked my treatment with Raelle and am looking forward to going back again!

I just got home from my first hair laser removal treatment. I really pleased with the service I received at About Face. Naomi walked me thru everything and really encouraged me. I was being such a baby when I first walked in! Lol I was sincerely terrified. I’m happy to report, it hurt but it really wasn’t so bad. I can’t wait to see the end result of my treatments. Naomi and her staff are very professional and kind. Naomi didn’t try to over sell me on anything and gave me all the facts. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I’m writing this review one week before my 6th and final Fraxel treatment. At this point I’ve had 6 Isolaz treatments as well (1 more to come, most likely). I decided to finally write a review because I looked at myself in the mirror today — no makeup — and was truly amazed at how great my skin looks. From my initial consultation, I’ve had felt completely cared for by Naomi and her team. After suffering with acne for years and enduring physical and emotional pain, Naomi gave me the hope I needed while still remaining realistic about the results. Believe me — there is a lot of blood, sweat, and tears involved in this process, but to me it has been completely worth it. The ladies at About Face have been amazingly supportive of me over the course of my treatments; they care about me as a person, not just another client. They have seen me at my absolute worst and were so understanding of the courage it takes to go through this process. Naomi is practically my therapist as well as my «face lady.» My skin has been completely changed by these treatments and the skin care line. I will never stop using their products. I would recommend About Face to anyone and everyone!

I’ve gotten Botox at About Face on two occasions. For my first visit, I received a skin consultation with Naomi and she was able to recommend a serum for the sun damage on my face. The product worked great and I am so grateful for her recommendation. Sarah administered the Botox. She’s very friendly and has a gentle touch. The whole process is over before you know it and it doesn’t hurt a bit. The results are pretty average. For me the results only lasts about 2 – 3 months. I would recommend About Face because you are getting a quality product and the staff are warm and professional. My advice: pay full price for these services and go to a reputable spa. Don’t risk it buying a Groupon, you don’t know what you’ll get or who will be giving it to you.

I was looking for a place that does thermage. I ended up going to about face skincare based on all the positive reviews I saw. This was the best decision. I was nervous to get the procedure done, but as soon as I walked into the office, I felt very at ease. The staff were so nice and friendly. Naomi was very knowledgeable and warm. I had thermage done on my tummy in jan. I went back for a follow up in march. The results at just 2 months were amazing. The final results will be seen at 6 months. I was very impressed with about face skincare and would recommend anyone to go there.

I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have had several procedures done here that came out beautifully. Naomi is an incredible specialist who is immensely knowledgable and really made me feel extremely comfortable. She was able to answer any and all of my questions and her bedside manor is extremely calming. I have recommended about face to many friends and will continue to do so. They sell great retail products and offer a ton of services. I had Botox (a tiny bit between the brows), under eye filler (which took away the dark circles and made me look so much more refreshed, makeup just wasn’t doing the trick anymore) and true sculpt. All great. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

I usually never write reviews, but after my experience here I felt it was too good not too. SO I am a huge eyebrow person but after a few bad mishaps with having either too much hair taken off or them not matching, I began hating getting my eyebrows done. I also have very sensitive skin so getting them waxed has never really been pleasant for me. But after my experience at About Face, I am now a true believer in the power of your brows! Having them go through a chart and picking the best shape for my face and using a special wax that seriously did not hurt nearly as much as it usually does, I now have the perfect brows! I’ve seriously been complimented like 20 times since last week and am now indebted to this salon! You guys are the best!

After receiving (and loving) my first facial in Cassablanca, Morocco in January, I was eager to find a place in Philadelphia to get the same pampering. Jessica at Architeqt Salon & Gallery referred me to Raelle at About Face Skin Care. After a wonderful facial (better than a massage) Raelle and Naomi told me about BBL which could significantly reduce my rosacea. I had always heard that nothing could be done for rosacea, but I decided to try the BBL. After the three recommended treatments, today, for the first time that I can remember, I feel great, and I am comfortable going out of the house, to work, without foundation. Anya explained everything in detail for the treatment I was getting that day, as well as some others I am interested in for the future. She was very thorough and professional, and was very sensitive to my extreme fear of needles. She also called me a week after the treatment to check on my results. I will definitely go back!

I started going to Naomi back in 2009 for isolaz and fraxel treatments. Back then they were called something else. I suffered from really bad acne all over my face for almost 10 years and with the isolaz treatment I started seeing results after my 2nd treatment and with fraxel my acne scars are practically gone! Naomi is very knowledgeable about skin care and I strongly recommend her to anyone. I have since moved to LA but always make sure to get an isolaz treatment every time I am in town.

I have been coming to about face skincare for the fraxel & isolaz treatments for a few months now. As a person who’s tried EVERYTHING to achieve a great complexion with little to no result, I was a little nervous about embarking on this venture. Naomi and Fraxel have changed my life… I was so used to negative reactions to my acne and dark spots/​scars that I still didn’t believe the occasional compliments I was receiving from friends and family until a new patient told me, «You’re too pretty to be a nurse!» Not only has the fraxel changed my life, the staff is pretty amazing — super friendly, personable & professional, they’ve become like family! I have come to About Face skin care twice now to get a fraxel treatment. The first time Naomi performed the treatment, the second time it was performed by Arianna. I can’t say enough about the fraxel and how it helped my skin. Besides making my skin tone even and diminishing the size of my pores, I almost never get break outs anymore. Both ladies were very knowledgeable about all things skin. I highly recommend this office for all your skincare needs. I liked them so much, i referred my mom there. Great home care products too.
