Dr. Zelinger has done the best botox procedure that I have ever had. I’ve a few Philly docs try to get my eyebrows to lift with botox to no avail but Dr. Z was actually able to achieve this for me. I have had botox for crows feet and frown line between brows before as well and his was superior in that it lasted longer than other treatments I have had. His prices are also super reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything and I think he is honest and super knowledgeable!

I had my fifth visit for facial hair removal (upper lip and chin/​dark hair on pale olive skin) back in December, and I think it might have been my last. I haven’t had any regrowth yet. I had my treatments about 5 – 6 weeks apart. Dr Z has a great rapport with patients, and is always happy to answer questions. His staff is organized and pleasant. I always get a text reminder of appointments a few days before (great feature!) and a confirmation call. They have Saturday appointments, which is a huge plus. I am usually done within 5 minutes, with very minor sensitivity/​redness afterwards that lasts for a few hours at most.
I like having a doctor provide the treatments, rather than someone with a few days’ worth of training on a laser machine. Probably overkill, but you only get one face!
I didn’t have any groupons, or the like, so the total price was a little more than some «med spas», but not by much. I pay per treatment. I thought it was pretty reasonable for the good results. Parking is street parking, which is decently available on the weekends.

This is the second to last treatment. I am loving my results. The doctor is not only funny and friendly but he is such a professional. Who cares if he doesn’t numb me, because I just want to get in and get out! No need to wait for the anesthia while being all nervous! Less than 45 seconds and im out the door. He’s magical!

Just got my first treatment done. I did two tattoos bc I wanted both off and it was cheaper to do them together which I liked. Dr. Z was awesome! During my first consult he was very informative and told me it would possibly take more Txs than usual because of how early the tattoos are and how well done they are. So going into my first Txs he made me feel comfortable and told me make sure I tell him if I’m in pain. He gave me time to feel well enough to continue and it was pretty quick and easy. Afterwards it was very painful for a good 30 mins like burning. I took some over the counter prescription meds and felt ok. I’m still waiting to see what they will look like tomorrow when I take them off but overall great first treatment!

I went to see Dr. Zelinger yesterday to get my tattoo removed. The whole experience was fast and pleasant — Incredible!
This’s been my first time to remove a tattoo so I got to hear everything I needed to know before it started. I used to consider tattoo removal a scary, huge and complicated surgery with a tedious procedure, which turned to be the opposite by Dr. Zelinger. It took like 5 mins, hurt a little bit but not much as you were getting the tattoo, plus it was really quick so probably you won’t feel a thing.
The thing I learned from Dr. Zelinger is that, you’ll need less treatment sessions if you give more time space in between the sessions. 3 months time space is standard, the longer, the better. In other words, you can save big bucks if you are not in a hurry. I’m in no rush, so I’m gonna go back to see him in August for my 2nd treatment.
If you need a tattoo removal in Philly, this is THE place. Dr. Zelinger is the best! You already regret a tattoo, you can’t afford regretting a tattoo removal!: D

Dr. Zelinger is the best of the best. I’ve been going to see him for a couple of years now and I couldn’t be happier. He has an excellent bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. Dr Zelinger has an incredible bedside manner and is focused and attentive the entire visit. What I really appreciate about him is his honest candor when any one procedure is discussed. He gives every pro/​con imaginable about his injectables and lasers. He also actually DOES all of his procedures.
I went in for laser hair removal and some skin tightening and have actually recommended him to all my family and friends. I was so tired of seeing Medical professionals for procedures and then having his/​her Nurse or Aesthetician end up doing the procedure! No offense, but I didn’t come to see them and spend my hard earned money.

I have Italian blood coursing through my veins, so of course I took advantage of Abington’s laser hair removal groupon. I was really impressed.
The location (Center City) is very accessible and not difficult to find street parking. Abington utilizes an online appointment scheduler which is so convenient.
As for the procedure, Claudia was so skilled and excellent at explaining the process. She really put me at ease, or as at ease as someone can be with a laser pointed at their face.
I was really pleased with the results, too. I got the desired results after four visits. If you are considering a laser procedure of any kind I would highly recommend Abington.

I’ve been to Abington Aesthetic five times now, I believe, for five laser tattoo removal sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything has turned out. Dr. Zelinger is really a great guy and has always done everything he can to make sure I’m taken care of, which is why I’ve never hesitated in referring everyone who has ever asked me about tattoo removal to him.
I’ve also done my research, and of the 3 – 4 other facilities I’ve contacted, Abington Aesthetic has always had the best prices out of all of them.
I can’t speak for any of the other procedures available other than tattoo removal, but as long as Dr. Zelinger is handling them, I would feel confident it recommending Abington Aesthetic.
