I’ve only had a couple of facials that were in fancy spas and both times I thought «not so great» so I never had another. I was having some minor problems with my skin. I called an got an appointment right away. Carmen and Teng work nicely as team. They were focused on my comfort and explained each step. I got a great facial and will definitely go back for more!
Oh I also had a massage previously by Frankie which also was good at a good price.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 and half years now and I never once had a complaint. My skin was at its worst when I first started coming here. I didn’t know what to do or who to turn too. One night I just walk in to get a facial to see what they can do for my acne problems. My acne was so bad it was cystic acnes all over my face especially my chin areas. With her acne facial treatments and a good healthy balance diet my face has been the best it ever been. I cheated on her once and try someone else my face got so bad I didn’t know what to do and I had to go on vacation the following week I called her up and asked her if she can help me. She took me right away and fix the mess the lady did. Ever since i’ve been loyal and haven’t gone to anyone else. She really know what she’s doing. Good esthetician doesn’t come around often and she’s one of them :) I love her !

Got to love this place. I felt like crap before I came here. My face was so «yellow» as described by Carmen and it fixed that up for me. Carmen was so sweet and considerate. Her hand were so smooth so it felt like a pearl was rubbing my face. She has excellent recommendations. She won’t let you use anything unnecessary. Some items are a bit pricey but it’s worth it because our skin is worth the treatment. In the business world impression is very important. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely ask for Carmen! Thank you Carmen for this refreshing feeling. I feel alive again lol.

I’ve been going to this salon for more than a year and I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Carmen has done for me. I have very oily skin and have acne since I hit puberty. Every year I say to myself, this is just a phase, it’s going to pass. But it never did. I’ve been to several salons before this and most places just sell you products to get your $$ and when it doesn’t work, they try to sell you other things. There is not one product that I got from this salon that I doesn’t work for me. More importantly, their facials aren’t just quick fix. In the beginning, I would go every 2 weeks (because I was preparing for my wedding) but now my skin is truely ‘fixed’. I don’t break out and even when I do, it’s during my menstrual but the acne lotion clears it away in ~2 days (it never gets red and oozy!!). My friends like this salon too!

This place is great and they’re VERY knowledgeable.
I had my first facial ever in philly chinatown on Race St. and broke out the next day. I wasn’t sure if it was the facial that caused the break out so I went a second time and broke out again (tiny pimples on my forehead). I knew it must have been due to the facial so I never went back and was wary on getting facials again from anywhere. Then my friend told me about this new place and how she loves it so after some hesitation I decided to give it a try. The owner Carman, who also does the facials there, explained that I might have broke out because the other salon didn’t clean their tools and/​or my face properly.
Long story short, I used to have redness across my face (from cheek to cheek), huge pores, and dryness around my chin and cheek areas. After 3 facials I already saw a difference — my skin was much more moisturized. And after about 5 facials I no longer saw redness and my pores have gotten smaller. I’m not sure if my pores will ever go away completely, but they’re definitely not as noticeable now and I no longer have dryness.
They really know what they’re doing and offer products and services that work for YOUR skin type, not just the most expensive bottle they have on the shelf or the most expensive facial package they offer.

I have horrible black heads, but I walked out feeling clean and pampered. Better than any spa experience.
