My baby loves this place! Fun for all kiddos-up to(I would say) 12 years old. Good times for a good price!

We love this place! Its very affordable for a public pool that offers more than a hole filled with water, and its close to home. Pros: Your child CANT drown at this place! There are lifeguards on duty everywhere, and wen I mean ONDUTY, I am NOT joking! Those teenagers are trained like mother hawks or something. the minute they catch a wind that a kid might go under, 59 of them jump to the resue. LOVETHAT! I love that you can take in food and drinks, and your own chair.(and you WILL need them, see Cons) My kids love the slides, the fact that its not TOO deep, and the level of fun for all ages for kids early teen and younger makes is super family friendly. Free lifejackets. Very nice bathrooms, and showers, plus a family bathroom. They also have lockers! Cons: They do NOT enforce the NODEMIN in the pool rule, and that really irks me. For real. How do you just decide to come to the pool and get in with ALL of your day clothes on? It says NODENIM, then turn people away. Simple as that. They say that they dont do parties on busy days, but that wasnt the case a few weeks ago when we went on a weekend. Every effing table and chair was taken up by a birthday party, literally leaving NOCHAIRS besides the lay out chairs(which were all gone too) for other pool goers. This place NEEDS more chairs, period. You hawk people leaving hoping to grab their chair before someone else does. LOL Glad we got hip to this little gem! Beats the insanity of the Rockin River in Round Rock which is TOO big with TOO many people when you’re watching 3 or more kids at one time. And its much more friendly on the pockets!

What a great community pool! Lots of stuff for little kids, including a beach-edge, separate splash pad, water slide for kids 4 – 8, one for kids 48″ or taller and a ‘family’ slide where even kids under 48″ can go with an adult. There is a ‘lazy river’ section but no floats. The rules say floats aren’t allowed, though I noticed a few people with noodles and one with a raft/floatie. Lots of lifeguards, not quite as many rules as Rock’n River in Round Rock, and quite a bit smaller. But that makes it all the more manageable for families. There were lawn chairs(we didn’t get there in time to get one), plenty of grassy areas, covered canopies or shade, a rentable pavillion, concession stand, clean restrooms/showers, and all for a low entrance fee for non-residents($ 4 for adults, $ 2.50 for children). Snacks, chairs, coolers and ‘shade tents’ are allowed — no alcohol or glass. A nice way to spend a hot afternoon!

I love taking my kids here and they love going. There are two slides, a small rapids-like area, a beachy shallow area for the little guys, and lots of fun in between. We are residents so it only cost $ 6 for me and my two children to go. I think it costs a little bit more for non-residents but not much. Not too bad for an afternoon’s fun.
