Everytime I go it’s always a rude employee from the order box all the way down to the pick up window. Plus yall got rid of the $ 1 drinks because it’s a franchise decision. Looks like this place is just getting worse and worse. No deal, no meal.

All I wanted was an ice cream cone and couldn’t get it. Their machine wasn’t working. Really?! I guess an establishment as big as McDonald’s I’d expect them to always have their equipment working. O well. Sonic here i come.

Nope nope and more nope. Ive never been to this mcdonalds and had them get anything right. And when I ask for something no one can understand me. I speak english I’m sure most customers speak english as well. Pulling up to the drive thru window and the MANAGER is asking me questions in spanish umm what? Today I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee and im 99% sure they gave me regular vanilla iced coffee as im sicker than ever! Thank you for screwing up yet another order.

Where’s the beef?!? Seriously. I wish this were a joke, but today was, by far, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I went to the drivethru this afternoon and ordered a couple of cheeseburgers. I’m not proud. Please don’t judge. When I got home though, NEITHERHAD A PATTY! So, back I went. I was nice and didn’t make a big deal. The employees were nice as well, but it was strange. Three separate people came to see what happened, and then apologized. Only one person offered a solution, and the rest were just curious. The third said that the guy making the burgers didn’t like the meat and that was the reason for the meatless burgers, and then laughed about it. That was really strange. How is «he doesn’t like the meat» an acceptable excuse, and if he intentionally does this, why is he working the grill? How many Unhappy Meals have they served??? Also, everyone who asked about the burger disappeared to the kitchen, and another girl standing at a station, waiting for the burger, stared at me the *entire time*. Either she had bitchy resting face or was giving me the stink-eye. Either way, I’m fairly certain I got a spit burger, and it went in the trash when I got home.

This mcdonalds sucks. Every time I happen to go here it’s the same lady at the drive through and she never understands what I’m ordering! Ever! And their always out of dr. Pepper! They need to place someone else on taking orders. when I hear the same lady I just leave to whataburger. It’s better anyways.

This place always screws up my orders. Always check your bags before pulling out of the parking lot because you know the idiots forgot something.

For a business like McDonald’s it is critical that the customer-facing personnel speak English. It is even more critical for management. On more than one occasion this particular location’s staff have been unable to communicate even in the plainest English, and the manager’s ability to communicate in English was frankly nonexistant. While I can understand the pressures of the low-wage labor market that they pull from, they really need to get it together in that regard. Trying to get a latte without the freaking whipped-cream may be more than it’s worth.

I work nights and come here anywhere from 1am to 5am and always they are«cash only»… Why be 24 hours if you’ve effectively eliminated sales in the early hours??? Who carries cash anymore? This is not a problem at Jack in the Box, Subway, or Whataburger which are all 24/7, why is it here?

I really hate giving bad reviews but this was too much… I was in the bathroom with an employee who didn’t wash his hands upon leaving the stall. Thankfully I was only ordering a drink. To their credit I told a young man behind the counter and he assured me he would speak to the employee. Granted he could have just been fixing his shirt but still… Just wash your hands man! I paid for my drink and went out to the car and had to break the news to my brother who was eating his cheeseburger and fries… The drink was great though!

I think it is ridiculous to even contemplate reviewing a McDonald’s but I have to give a shout out to my peeps at this one. I work nearby so I will swing in every now and then to grab an oatmeal for breakfast when my milk at home for my cereal is more than four days past the date. The morning crew is super efficient and friendly. It shocks me every time I come by how nice the people are that work the drive through. Better customer service than what you get from the bearded hipster at the swank new restaurants downtown!

well… I’m not sure how many more mistakes this Mc Donalds can make… but with a child with SEVERE peanut allergies… we asked for plain vanilla ice cream in a cup with NOPEANUTS… as we go through the drive through they add a pack of peanuts to our sack of other items… then when we explained the we DIDNOT peanuts at all the lady at the window said«I know… that ‘s why we put them in the bag!» Don’t they know that when someone says NO peanuts due to allergy… that you shouldn’t even be around them at all??? This McDonalds is SOO sad on lack of communication!

This location is a pain to get to and then back out of depending on which direction of FM685 you are coming from or wanting to go in. I find this location to be slower in service than others, even when it isn’t busy. The staff isn’t that friendly. I will only come here in a pinch when my kids are hungry.

You would think that it would not be too hard to make a double hamburger WITHOUT cheese, but I guess not. The first time I went through the drive thru and ordered a double hamburger NOT a double cheeseburger, I got a DOUBLECHEESEBURGER! I wrote this off as a «you always get screwed by the drive thru» experience. Then it happened again! This time I went in to get my order corrected and they were very sorry. So this time I made sure when I ordered my double hamburger to say no cheese! Not only did they charge me for a double cheese burger, they put cheese on it! I just don’t understand why all the other McDonalds can get this simple order right except for this one.

Only person in drive through yet food took 15 minutes to get. The order was wrong as well as items missing. Walked indoors in anger to be greeted by people who do not understand english and a dirty facility. Gagged at thought of what diseases may lay in store for my family and self if we ate the food handed to us. Took four tries to get full order and to get it correct. The food was pretty lousy, thrown together, messy and skimpy on portions.

Not sure what is going on here … Maybe someone in the tax office can answer this question for me ??? –larry

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It is the WORST McDonalds ever. Being somewhat new you would think that they’d try a little harder(or at all). I’ve given them a few tries, becuase it is close and my hubby likes McD’s. Every order has been messed up. They forget something EVERY time! Our orders aren’t even difficult or special, just the usual combo meals and drinks and they can’t get it right?! The last straw was a Big Mac that I ordered and took home. It looked like the order was correct when I looked in the bag, but when I got home and sat down to eat there was 1 patty on the Big Mac and the buns were crazy stale(talking hockey pucks). My hubby asked if I wanted him to go back up and get me a new one and I said«no way». You’ve been warned, this place is horrible!

I drive by this new McDonalds everyday on my way home from work. On one trip several weeks ago my wife asked me to pick up some quick food on the way home so I thought I’d swing through here. It’s 3:30 in the afternoon, no traffic, drive through only has one car in line, perfect scenario as I pull right up and order with no waiting. I order our meals as clearly as possible(I hate drive throughs… think Joe Pesci’s «They f*ck you at the drive through» rant here) but I figured since it’s wasn’t busy, it was a safe bet. I mean hell, there’s one guy in front of me so I got a 50% chance of getting the right order, correct? Wrong. Seriously. One other car in the drive through at the slowest time of day and I get the other guy’s food? So now, wishing not to repeat my drive through experience, I pull the car around to the parking lot, get out in the rain and carry the wrong order inside to get this corrected. I hand the cashier the receipt and politely explain what happened and also point out that they left off my wife’s iced coffee I had asked for. Now I don’t expect anything for free but sometimes when you mess up an order it’s pretty cool of you to at least offer to make it right. Instead I have to wait 5 minutes for the malfunctioning register to reboot so they can ring me up for the iced coffee that they mistakingly left off my order? To top it off I get to carry it all back out to my car in the rain. I’m not the type of guy that is going to stand there and cause a scene, not my style, but let’s just say I wasn’t real happy with the overall experience. As for the food quality; it tasted like McDonalds. I guess that could be a good or bad thing depending on your personal preference for fried salty stuff :)

Satisfied with mediocrity. This brand new McD’s has it all: Drivethru, modern interior, jungle theme play scape My initial experiences leave me underwhelmed though. Between an inability to take orders due to a lack of coherent english and finding a relatively unbusy and yet unclean restaurant interior let me know that this location of CFB(Corporate Franchise Burger) will probably be no worse but will never aspire to be much better than the carbon copies found every 5.2 miles further down the road.
