This is the third time we’ve used M&M…Dale Cox is WONDERFUL. He is far and wide the best mechanic we’ve ever had. Extremely professional, doesn’t ever try to oversell, and takes the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I needed a diagnostic on my duramax because i didn’t have the equipment to test injectors myself. The service manager was straight and up front about anything, and didn’t do anything without asking first. These guys know what they are doing and do it right the first time, they even give you options, if money is a concern. Cant give these guys enough credit, anytime my diesels have trouble, I will bring them here.

I went to m&m diesel after another shop messed my truck up. They were very professional reasonable pricing and easy to work with. I recommend them 100%, and will be using them in the future.

Have always took good care of my 7.3 Power Stroke and would recommend to any diesel owner.

Been chasing intermittent codes on a Ford Expedition for 6 weeks.
Stopped in at M&M, a well established local repair shop. I left a detailed symptoms write up with the office manager. 20 min later Dale called to discuss my vehicle. I drove straight back to the shop.
Dale had me pop the hood. He jumped up under the hood and listened. He then proceeded to reach way into the bowels of the engine and place is finger under a thick covering over some hose. BOOM there was a cracked hose under that covering. He told me what to go purchase at the dealer to fix it.
An hour later I installed the part and it’s fixed.
Dale refused to let me pay him. But, I was amazed at how astute his hearing is and at how he quickly isolated the problem. SHOP LOCAL !! The independents is the way to go for personal professional service !!!

The BEST place to take your vehicle. I’m not trust worthy of anyone with my car, but this place I’m 100% confident in. They are the most honest, friendly people. So glad I found them. I highly recommend this place. THANK YOU for all you do!!!

M&M Diesel in Pflugerville is friendly, informative, timely, reasonably priced, and honest. I will never take my 2002 F250 7.3L PSD to the dealership service center again, because M&M Diesel has earned my trust and business!

M&M is the gold standard for diesel truck repair in the Austin area. My 2001 F350 7.3 had some electrical gremlins that another shop told me couldn’t be fixed for less than another $ 2k worth of work after they had already ran me up over $ 1k. After explaining my issues to another shop they recommended M&M. M&M diagnosed AND fixed my truck promptly with the only delay being waiting for a part. I didn’t get run up, the shop labor is beyond reasonable, and the entire repair only cost $ 550. After another shop told me it would be at least $ 2500!!! Heck, they had the truck pulled into a bay before I even left!
I gotta talk about Dale the manager/​service writer too. He’s hands down the best manager/​service writer I’ve ever had the pleasure of letting work on my equipment, and I’ve been in the automotive industry since I was a kid. The lobby walls are lined with his achievements and certifications just for starters. He took the time to explain to me in simple lingo every step of the way and every potential. I must have taken over an hour of his time just for him to make me feel comfortable about him having my truck in his shop. Dale pointed out a few other items that need to be fixed and never tried to run me up since he said they were non-​critical items. I’ll definitely be back to let him fix all of them.
M&M made a lifelong customer out of me. Highly recommended. I can’t believe I’m the only review on here…
