From the nervous/​anxious dog and anxious/​nervous owners, we will put your mind at ease– because you can watch your dog be groomed right at home!

Great for young puppies who can’t visit the grooming salon yet, elderly dogs who have medical problems, and everybody in between!

History

Established in 2011.

Lazy Daisy Mobile Grooming started as «Lazy Daisy Pet Care» in College Station in 2011. Named after my own dog, Daisy who tragically passed away suddenly, I wanted to give her a lasting legacy– thus Lazy «Daisy» Pet Care.

I am the owner as well as pet stylist. I have been a professional groomer for about 5 years. Before that I was an employee at an upscale doggie daycare, as well as a veterinary techncian.

I have loved dogs since I was a little kid (my favorite movies as a child were Lady and the Tramp and 101 Dalmatians)

I have 1 dog of my own right now, a shih tzu named Lucky and he is a former shelter dog. He is currently in training to become a certified therapy dog.

First time having
do my dogs’ toenails. SOOOO much easier having her come to our house than try to get our geriatric fur babies (2 dogs, 19 & 16) into the car and to the groomer! Will definitely have her back. Max even wagged his tail at her after she was done.

I just relocated to the Round Rock area from Chicago and needed a groomer for my three Shih Tzu’s. My former groomer in Chicago put out the word to her message boards and facebook groups about my need. Laura answered and I was given her contact information. First and foremost I love that I could text her! Secondly, she responds fast to any voice mails you leave. I had her come out two weeks ago and I was just amazed by the in-​house service. She needed to use our bathtub, no big deal, but she brought everything with her. She even vacuums the hair up when she’s done! The dogs look wonderful. My dogs are all very lazy at being groomed. She was able to handle each one and their personalities. Amazing experience.

Laura is the best! My little toy poodle loves her. She does everything a grooming shop does, with these extras: Massage, ear plugs so the dryer won’t be too loud, nails, wonderful shampoo, teeth brushed., etc. And she works this miracle at your house, on your schedule, usually in less than 3 hours! I so love this! No more grooming shop schedule and my girl sitting in a cage for seven hours. Just excellent! And my girl looks gorgeous. Laura is also a good resource for any info about dogs. Gentle with my baby and a genuinely nice person. Highly recommended!

Laura is a dream come true! We have a quirky Havanese that hates being groomed. We adopted him with baggage in this area. Sadly, we haven’t had much success with anyone taking him on, unless he was heavily sedated, until now! Laura doesn’t require any prescription «chill out» pills. She works patiently with him and does what she can. If he gets too upset or crazy, then she is done for the day. (She explains this during the initial intel gathering conversation.) We haven’t had that happen yet, though. She does a very nice job with him. He always looks and smells so much better after his time with her. It’s very nice having her come to us, too. Buster seems much more relaxed. If you have a high-​strung pup, who hates being groomed, then you should definitely give her a call.

I have had Laura groom my two yorkies at home twice and both times she showed up on time, was respectful of my space, cleaned up afterwards… all the things that matter to me. Firstly, are my yorkies comfort. She is gentle with them and makes them feel comfortable. She asks me if the grooming is fine and when I ask her to take more hair off in places or do something a bit different, she does it graciously. I like this feature as in grooming salons when your dog is done its often not convenient to take them back a couple of times to get it the way you want. Her service also saves me time. I was working in my office the whole time the two yorkies were being groomed. When done, they were playing happily in their space. I highly recommend this service and Laura. She is great for the busy person or someone with a sensitive dog who does not do well at groomers away from home.

I’d say that you should give Laura a call if you are looking for a different kind of dog grooming experience. She has made the process of getting my dog groomed, when she has needed it, so easy and stress free for me, and more importantly my dog. She comes to you and is pretty much able to set up anywhere and after everything is done she cleans up everything. Laura is very good at what she does and she has a special gift of being able to take care of grooming my dog while being very gentle and kind but is also very quick and efficient. I think that the pricing is very reasonable and a good deal. I’d recommend this place to my friends and family so as a default I’d recommend it to you as well.
