I went here based on a recommendation from the tire department at Sam’s Club. I thought my minivan needed an alignment because of the way my tires were wearing. I did not have an appointment, but had called in earlier to check and see if it would be OK to drop in. They took me right in and put my van up on the rack. Attached all their equipment and checked, then double checked. They came back and told me that my alignment was just fine and that everything looked good. We discussed it and determined that it was something else was causing the issue with my tires. I really appreciate their honesty about my van not actually needing an alignment. They only charged me half price which I thought was fair for their time they had spent checking everything out. I recommend Jerry’s Wheel Alignments & Tire Balancing because they seem like honest folks and they treated me fair. I will use them again next time I need something on my vehicle.

First time visit. Very impressed that they did what they said and charged what they quoted without trying to upsell. The business is a little hard to find even with directions because they are tucked in a little strip center with about six other businesses and a small church. If you are not into appearances, you’ll be very pleased. If you think a place should be spotless with a waiting area full of creature comforts, you may be underwhelmed. Needless to say, I’d rather have an honest mechanic than a plush waiting area.

Amazing customer service! I was referred to Jerry by another shop that he used to work at and was told that he was the only other person in the entire city that you can trust to do an alignment.
My car ran over some sort of unknown object and it damaged one of the wheel joints and it was making an awful squeaking sounds. When I arrived it was 15min before closing time, Jerry took the car and tested it and then put it on a lift and he was able to find the the problem instantly. He then proceeded to fix it and when I asked how much his answer was don’t worry about it there is no charge. The car is now running fine with no more squeaks. Any other shop would have swapped a half a dozen parts and charge me hundreds, not Jerry he was honest and showed me exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix it.
Jerry was friendly, professional and honest, in the car business he is a rare gem. If I ever have alignment or suspension issues this will be my first and only stop. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. He has a customer for life.

Needed a brake job but my primary mechanic was not available for same-​day service. I then searched Unilocal for «brakes» and Jerry’s popped up. I previously used Jerry’s for aligning my truck because my primary mechanic does not do alignments but recommended Jerry’s. This guy charged me $ 800 to replace my rear brakes and rotars. $ 800. I got ripped.off. Buyer beware, don’t let the friendly black dude sell you shit you don’t need

Today I paid about 600 dollars to replace the tires on my truck. I asked the guys at the tire shop (Discount Tire) where they thought I should go for a vehicle alignment, since I thought I might need it. They referred me to another shop «Rush» which was named on the back of the tire shop business card. It advertise a special price for customers from the tire shop, which wasn’t very special. On top of that they said I had to have an appointment, so I got on Unilocal and look for other places which is where he found Jerry’s. I called and told them that I didn’t know for sure if I need an alignment since replacing my tires made such a difference, but they offered to check for me before performing the alignment. On top of that, they quoted me a price cheaper than the place I had been referred to. When I got there I was helped immediately, and both gentlemen I spoke to– including Jerry himself– were very kind and informative. Jerry checked my trucks alignment and found that the alignment was perfect, and that just replacing the tires had been enough. He said usually they charge to check the alignment but he rarely has a vehicle come in with alignment that was about as perfect as mine was. I’m so grateful for his honesty and professionalism and will definitely return when my truck requires any attention that he can offer. I would recommend Jerry’s shop to anyone I know and encourage you to visit if you’re looking for an honest place to take your vehicle. Thank you Jerry!

Read the reviews and that’s what brought me in. Completely wish I hadn’t wasted the time going here. They told me that my car needed a new steering rack and pinion. After them telling me the first part I brought wasn’t going to work, I went and got a different one, just to have them tell me it wasn’t going to work either. After learning there was nothing wrong with either part and finding out they just pushed buying a new part aka 400 dollars worth, they changed their tune and said my car only needed bushings aka 35 dollar fix. To top it off they had claimed my car had been taken, and they weren’t able to find it in the parking lot where it was left. When really the owner had moved it to a different spot and the man didn’t feel like actually getting up and looking for it, so instead claimed it was gone. After three days of fighting and hassle nothing had been done to the car that I wanted. They refused to put the part in no matter how many times I told them too, they kept telling me to buy a brand new part. My car is old and I just needed something to keep it going, nothing to fancy. They always said they were going to give me a call but I was the one who had to call them! In the end I had my car towed to a different garage.

I visited Jerry’s today with a 2000 7.3L Excursion 4×4 and had a great experience.
They quickly diagnosed my loose front end issues, walked me through what was needed by showing me the issues on the lift, and had me on my way within 2 hours.
We replaced the pitman/​idler arm, adjusted the steering box and did a thrust alignment (I recently installed a 2 inch shackle lift).
They inspected my ball joints and found them to be in good shape. The difference in steering response and wander was night and day!
They are an honest shop doing great work!

Fantastically honest. My car was doing a little dance down the freeway, and I thought I had hit too many potholes. I popped in and they took my car back immediately. Five minutes later, I was told I didn’t need an alignment, just a trip back to the tire store to have my tires rebalanced. No charge. They’ve earned a life long customer. I try to support local businesses whenever I can, and this one is five stars. Friendly people and exceptional service, impressive.

I had my Lexus GS 350 serviced here and will definitely bring it back to Jerry for service. Jerry is very knowledgeable and honest. He did a complete front brake job which included new rotors and pads. After driving the car for about a month and a half it still loped or pulsed when pressing the brakes. I took it back to Jerry and he put two more new rotors on after contacting the rotor manufacturer. Very honest and dependable place. Obviously he did not charge me for this. Will be taking my other cars there for service.

Great, honest and helpful place! Jerry and his staff are good about explaining things rather than just handing you an estimate. He told me what I needed done and even suggested a place to find a new part I needed. I’ll be back!

First off let me say that my car needed some serious TLC. I had replaced my front brake pads back in December of last year, a month went by and my car had some front end vibration on braking… rotors too thin to machine, too expensive at the time to buy, so I just waited… a bit too long in my opinion.
My front tires were starting to go bald (thought that only happened to men), car was pulling to the right HARD… so I said OK CAR! I’M TAKING YOUR BUTT TO GET FIXED UP!
My wonderful neighbor whom I will leave nameless said, «Take her to Jerry’s! Most honest men I’ve ever met. If I were to open up a shop someday, I would run my business just like they run theirs…», and this is coming from a diesel mechanic, so I take him at his word, especially when it comes to fixin up vehicles.
I go in, meet Jerry who by the way, has a superb smile!
He pulls my car in, says I need two new front tires, rotors could stand to be replaced and recommended some tires/​rotors and who’s products he likes to use. Looks at my girls rear (my car), says the two back tires are starting to «cup»…ummm okay I’m thinking… what the heck? He offers to turn them around so they have some more life left in them.
I asked him to look at the motor mounts cause at one time this issue was brought up by some mechanic that I didn’t necessarily like… hehehehee…
Jerry indicates that he doesn’t do motor mounts but looks at my girl and says, «You definitely need two replaced, your engine is sitting on the metal of the engine compartment.», well, hell I thought. How much is all this gonna cost me?
I go home and order the highest reviewed tires for my vehicle on
(love that website btw), call Jerry tell him they are coming on Friday, he says to go pick up the rotors and drop her off on Friday afternoon.
I drop off the girl, tires are there, rotors are there, he OFFERS to swap out the motor mounts for a damn good price cause he’s already gonna have her in the air… I think I just fell in love with this man!
Go get her at 6:30 last Friday, paid a fair price, much less than other quotes I had received from another shop… Voilà!!! She drives like a DREAM YALL!

I have had the front brakes, now the back brakes on my truck done here.
Just had my husband’s brakes done also. Thanks Jerry for being such an affordable, knowledgeable and trustworthy place to take my trucks for brakes!

After having a less than happy experience with tires at Firestone, I took my car to Jerry’s for a wheel alignment and tire mounting and balancing. The shop is located at the far end of a business building and can be a little hard to find. Appointments are taken on a first come first served basis, and there are plenty of magazines and a TV in the waiting room to keep you entertained. I believe he also offers complimentary water and soda too, something you’ll never find at the big chain shops.
I wasn’t 100% sure if my car’s problem was with the alignment or the control arm bushings, and when I explained the situation to Jerry, he was very friendly and reassured me that he wouldn’t charge for alignment if it wasn’t needed. The visit lasted about two hours, and Jerry was fine with my boyfriend asking questions and watching as he did some of the work. He was very honest with us, and I never felt uneasy during the experience. I also appreciated that they took my car for a test run to double check their work. The bill came out to far less than I thought it would be, and I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend Jerry to others!
