I cannot say enough good things about Jason! We live in CO and ordered a computer from Jason by word of mouth (that’s how good he is). We spoke on the phone and I asked what kind of computer I would need for my business. He gave me two separate options and expertly explained what kind of computer it was, the hardware, the software and how it would meet my individual need. When I had questions later (not being a tech savvy individual), he quickly called to give me an explanation that made the light bulb go off (OH! I get it now!). When I received my computer I was as excited as a kid in a candy store! It was everything promised and super shiny! ;) Once plugged in, I tried to navigate it to the best of my ability, but alas, I installed something I shouldn’t have. What to do?! Why, call Jason, of course! I gave him remote access to the computer and his lightning fast fingers went to work fixing the issue I’d caused! The repair took all of 10 minutes! This has been the best experience of any tech repair I’ve needed. Jason is personable, funny and patient, which are good traits to have in this industry. I will absolutely refer him to family and friends, and will order from him again!

I would give Jason a 6 star rating however Unilocal only offers 5 stars towards a top performer. This should be your first indication of how excellent and professional my experience was with Jason’s Computer Repair!
Jason returned my call and email within an hour and was all over it from there. Jason’s ability to conduct his computer repair services remotely is a convenient and secure option. Jason worked immediately on my software issue and was able to solve my initial problem right away. His price was both economical and convenient to complete via his website.
I then called Jason the following day with another computer problem that may or may not have been caused by the computer refresh and he worked on my issue for several hours until repaired. Not only did Jason repair my computer resulting in faster processing speeds he didn’t even charge me for the follow on service that he provided. What a professional and upstanding business owner!
The Austin area needs more independent and self starter entrepreneurs like Jason!

Jason was super awesome, and met me immediately because I hadn’t realized it was by appt only. Then the cost was pretty low. Not only that, he got it fixed within roughly 2 or 3 days. I’m very happy with the service I got.

I will recommend Jason to anyone I know for computer issues. I’d spent days researching my issue (browsers wouldn’t connect to internet, though connection was fine), and finally gave up. I messaged Jason on Unilocal,and he called me right away (on a weekend), and started working on my computer remotely. He ran an arsenal of programs to clean and fix problems I didn’t know I had. After running tests, he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it! He’s very reasonable, and a generous person to boot.

Jason preforms great computer repair service! I called him on a Saturday afternoon with both home PC computers down. One was a constant Blue Screen! I thought I would schedule some work, but he got right on it right then. He was busy, but fit me in to his schedule. My laptop was getting the Blue Screen. He connected remotely and it was fixed that day. The desktop needed a wireless card and it was way too slow. I met Jason and dropped the computer off. He added the card and drivers. He then cleaned up the computer to make it run much faster. The old computer is still working! I found Jason very reasonably priced. I was glad I found him on Unilocal! Thank you Jason for the fast response and wonderful work! I will call on you next time I have any computer issues!

Jason fixed a laptop hinge that had broken and cleaned up the hard drive from multiple viruses. He was easy to deal with and reasonably priced compared to the big box stores. I would recommend Jason to anyone trying to get a computer fixed at a reasonable price. All good.

I’m about to return to grad school and did not wish to buy a new laptop. Randomly selected Jason via Craiglist based on his Pflugerville catchment area. Turns out, its irrelevant, he was able to service my laptop remotely. My laptop is a step above an abacus, but he has her purring like a new floor model. Super fast! His prices are insanely reasonable and my laptop was only off line for about 1.5hours. Well worth it and did I mention I had no wait. I contacted him last night and less than 12hours, my laptop has been tuned up. He discovered some viruses, removed some malware, tidied my registry. He even turned me on to some freeware for documents/​spreadsheets etc…

My laptop is about 8 yrs old. I’m thinking to myself, «Well, its time to replace anyway so just deal with the issues until you can buy a new one.» Well, that was until it died last week. I already knew that places like Best Buy would charge a small fortune just to diagnose the issue. Being one who likes to support locally owned small businesses, I found Jason via « Unilocal». After reading all the phenomenal reviews I gave him a call. Jason is not only a WIZ at computer repair, he is also a VERY nice guy! He repaired my AC Adapter port and system «Tune Up». Now my laptop is performing as it did when I first purchased it! Jason’s pricing structure not only makes his services affordable but also helps those who would otherwise continue to suffer with system issues. Before calling Jason I could only use my laptop in «safe mode». Now, It is as if I have purchased a brand new machine! One more added bonus… Once Jason has worked on your machine he will load his remote assistant on your machine which of course with your permission will allow him to access your system and address any issue. Jason, your motto should be: «Experience the Best and forget the Rest!» Thank you… Thank you… Thank you!!!

Well I found Jason on Unilocal and decided to give him a shot after having some issue with my business/​gaming laptop. Now I like to think of myself as tech savvy and I can be a bit overbearing when it comes to things i want or need in a computer. Jason took all of this in stride! He took my laptop and within the next few hours diagnosed that I had a motherboard failure. I told him thanks for his time but I was going to have to purchase a new machine and quick for work. He told me that since he didn’t actually do any work on my laptop he would not charge me for the diagnosis! BONUS. He then informed me that he had comparable rig that he could set up for me with the hard drive from my old machine… I thought about it for a bit but decided to give Ol’ Best Buy a shot at my business. Over the next few days BB did nothing but tell me one thing and do another! So I called Jason back and asked if he still had the machine and he said no problem I can get the other computer set up for you in no time. Now what he did next is above and beyond the call of duty… not only did he sell me a very comparable machine (at a great price mind you) but he set up the computer in such a way to make even the geekiest gamer proud! If Unilocal would let me give Jason 15 stars I would… as long as I have computers, Jason will be my go to guy when it comes to repairs or tune ups. Oh, as an extra bonus bonus, he even found someone to purchase my old broken down laptop!

So it has been just over a year since Jason first came to my rescue. Once again I was getting the Blue Screen of Death so I called Jason right away. He listened to my issue reassured me that we could most likely resolve the issue without a reinstall. This time I gave him my machine at 9am and by 2pm he had me up and running again! I do not know if Jason is in a band or not, but he should be because he rocks like Slayer! Thanks Jason, you really are a rock star.

I have used Jason’s Computer Repair twice (once to assist me with my daughter’s desktop (virus issues) and recently with an office laptop (kept crashing). I highly recommend him as he is quick and knowledgeable and very inexpensive. My laptop is now running like new.

I recently discovered my laptop was not working properly and freaked out. With school about to start and all my money going to classes and books the last thing I needed was to buy a new laptop. Enter Jason, super helpful and knowledgeable about all things computer. He was able to meet me, even after I cancelled on him twice, and reassure me that he could get my laptop up and running at a reasonable price. I found myself in a crunch a couple of weeks ago with a project deadline rapidly approaching. After a few hours of research and multiple phone calls to several computer repair services, I discovered Jason’s Computer Repair via Unilocal.I’m usually suspicious of 5-​star reviews, but I thought I’d give it shot. I began having issues on Friday, March 7, 2014, contacted Jason on Saturday, March 8, 2014, met up with him to deliver my computer on Sunday, March 9, 2014. Contacted him on Monday, March 10, 2014 for a diagnosis… only to be informed that the issue was fixed!!! My computer was back in possession by Monday evening and I was able to wrap up my project with 72 hours to spare! Jason was even kind enough to follow-​up with me to make a few minor tweaks! I’ll certainly be a repeat customer! Thanks Jason!

I had a problem with my harddrive and needed it to be replace. My laptop need to be rebooted as well. I looked online and saw a few numbers and called them. Jason happened to be the last one. I regretted that. He should have been my first. He blew ALL other offers out of the water and worked around your budget. Perfect! He is very friendly, honest and very helpful.
