Been involved in this industry, since 1980! Wow!, that long! LOL. I think I have forgot more, than most probably know about office machines. That’s why toner is not just toner. I wouldn’t even sell compatibles for a long time. Its all about where you get it. We do not refill. We could, and save more, make more, and have more call backs. No thanks! We prefer to pay more, for the better product! It just isn’t worth it! Trust me, we tried it before. We are not a franchise, or corporate office, we are just a locally owned and operated company dedicated to customer service. Yes, thats what we are offering! Customer service!
