Advanced Garage Door

I used to call these guys back when this biz was owned by the father & he slapped that sticker on my light switch to remind me who to call for service and it has remained there to this day. The service was great then, but it may be even better since Chad took over.
I’ve had to call for various reasons over the years. But the most impressive was when I called when I literally crumpled one of my doors (got stuck on something & kasmooshie)! Chad came out to look at it and advised me to call the co who manufactured my door bc it would be cheaper to get the door replacement stuff directly from them. Now that’s honesty! But the best part was he didn’t even charge me for the service call that time bc he couldn’t fix it. Most other companies would still charge for the visit.
Fast forward a few years for another issue & I called Chad bc I remembered his great customer service. He popped those rollers back on the track and charged me significantly less than what I was expecting. And to top it off, it was a holiday! He even walked across the street when my neighbor flagged him down. I don’t know if he was able to fix that issue, but he was courteous enough to talk to him even though he wasn’t on his schedule. Super cool. Again, he really cares about his business, his customers, and his reputation.

My garage door started shaking alarmingly as it opened and closed. Chad from Advanced came out, showed me where the top track was leaning a little to the right, binding the action. He offered to straighten out the problem by replacing the top mount for a hundred bucks and was clear that he thought that would take care of the issue. I had been wanting to go from my one big oversized door to two smaller ones for some time and so asked him to price that option. He gave me a great price and so I decided to get rid of my 35 year old rusted springs and slightly banged up door and replace with new equipment I could count on for years to come. Advanced did a great job all around and I am very happy with my new garage doors. What impressed me most about this company though was their honest, non sales oriented approach. Highly recommend!

I lucked into finding Advanced Garage a Door Friday morning after a little mishap with my garage door. I called Chad around 7:30am told him my situation and he said he would be out between 11 and 12 (which was way earlier then I was expecting, considering same day). He arrived around 10:30, was super friendly, told me right away it was fixable and gave me the amount. The work was suburb (you can’t even tell I backed through my garage door), price extremely reasonable, and great customer service! What more could hit as for? I highly recommend this company for any garage door repair issues. Chad and his team provide an excellent service!

All the reviews are correct — I needed help with what looked like a shut sensor that had it’s wire stripped. Chad was prompt in every aspect, from setting up the appointment, called before showing up and was on time and quick on the job. He was able to fix the problem as well as correct some squeaks when the garage door opens or shuts. Amazing service for the right price, I would use him again in an instant!

My husband called the manufacturer of the garage door opener and they were not able to schedule us until a week later. He then found Chad from these amazing reviews this AM and he was able provide same day service regarding a busted spring. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing garage service!

Chad is so amazing, efficient and professional! I called him because my garage door wouldn’t open & it looked as if the track was broken… completely out of nowhere. He came out, it took less than 20 minutes, explained what happened and even fixed other little issues for me, including adding a bracket to my door to support the doors weight. My builder just screwed directly into the door, which obviously wasn’t correct since the screws fell out of the door and left big holes (thanks!) Jeez… My garage door is so quiet now!

I have been using Advanced Garage Door for 15 years. Our 20 year home that we bought new starting having garage door spring and other issues. Every time I have called them out they have always been on time and quoted very fair prices. My son backed into the door while it was half way open. New door! Electronics went out this year on the 20 year old opener, put a new belt drive in with lifetime guarantee on the belt. When they were out to fix a spring once, I suggested that they just put in a whole new unit. He said he could but it would be a waste of money. Sure enough the unit lasted another five years. They are honest and do very high quality work. I like to buy local and if you do as well, you won’t go wrong with Advanced Garage Door!

Called Chad late yesterday and he came by first thing the next day. He fixed something that took me two Saturday’s to completely mess up in just a few minutes. The price was reasonable and I recommend his work.

This company is GREAT !! They came out to fix a garage door that looked like a tornado hit it and didn’t look repairable Chad took one look at it grabbed his tool bag and when he was done looked like a new garage door was installed !!

Chad was able to replace some gears, set up a new remote and get out in about 20 minutes. He scheduled me for 2pm, but called at 9:30 to see if he could come early. I hope to never call him again, but if my garage door needs fixin’, he’s my guy. Thanks again…

Chad called back immediately and after asking what is wrong quoted a price up front, came first thing today morning and fixed the non-​opening garage door quickly and professionally. Excellent service and highly recommended!

I’m surprised this business has such good reviews. Maybe my experience was a fluke, I certainly hope so. My 20+ year old garage door opener started having issues that needed a professional. Sometimes the door would close completely, sometimes not. I called Chad and asked if he could come look at it. He came out on a Saturday morning and said the door and all the mechanisms looked good and didn’t need major repair. He replaced the rollers to quiet the door operation and was on his way. Everything was fine for a week or so, when the problems reappeared, this time worse than before. Again, I called Chad and requested his services. He came out and this time says the entire garage door operation was shot and needed replacement.
How could the system have deteriorated so quickly from one week to the next? How was that not noticed the first time?
At this point, our faith in his ability was lost. We decided to purchase a new opener ourselves and have another company install it. When that installer came out, he informed me that the springs needed attention and demonstrated why. Chad never mentioned that.
In the end, he fixed a minor annoyance but failed to remedy the real problem. I had to get someone else to do that.

I had a tool jammed in the garage door track and the drive mechanism was ripped out of the door.
Chad was on time, called me to tell me he was on his way, was friendly and charged a fair amount and fixed the door quickly. He also gave me advice on what maintenance the door needs to keep it working properly.
Why don’t all service oriented business operate like this?
I definitely recommend Chad and if I have any more garage door needs in the future, he is who I will be calling.

I told my client this is a job for a professional Garage Door Co and I know just who to call.
I Called Chad at Advanced Garage Doors @ 5;30.
At 1^st he set the appointment for 3pm the next day, but when I told him my client wouldn’t be able to go to work, he came out at 7pm and fixed it. I’m sure he doesn’t want to do that every night, but it sure saved the day. FAST + EFFICIENT + Reasonable pricing = This is your garage door company. Shop local. You won’t be disappointed.
