Do not purchase their Groupon! I spent more than a month trying to schedule with them (lots of no answers and no message returns), then they missed the scheduled appointment, then came the next day and acted like it was for an estimate — was not prepared to do the scheduled work. Told me to reschedule for another time. Now they are not taking the Groupon anymore and I had to get credit through Groupon. I have no idea if they do good work, but I’ve been out a lot of time and expense trying to get my yard aerated and now I’m back at square one.

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I bought a Groupon on 6÷6÷2015 and went to ABC’s website requesting a quote and left messages on their phone (got voice mail every time I called.) Groupon intervened and assured me that ABC would contact me within 3 days for an appointment and finally as of 7÷6÷2015 Groupon issued me a refund and researching this company! In total — a month of just trying to get an appointment and the company would not contact me! I don’t know how they stay in business!

This company provided good service, but lacks communication. We had them cut the lawn every two weeks at our rental property, and for most of the year they were prompt and reliable until the end of the lease when they lapsed in lawn upkeep and could not be reached. The lawn grew out of control and payment had to be cancelled before we received a response. At this point they made up for the issue by offering free service for the last month of our rental agreement. We appreciated this sentiment.

I’d give less than a star if allowed.
We had them come out and put in a French drain. Few weeks later we realized our sprinkler system wasn’t working. Called a repair company and it turns out ABC had hit the electrical line for the system when they installed the drain.
When we called to ask them to pay part of the repair, Jose told us they would send us a check for the repairs. Almost a month later, no check and now phone calls and emails go unanswered.
With all the landscape companies in the area, I’d go with anyone other than ABC lawn services

While I did have difficulty with the appointment time (was scheduled 8 – 12, didn’t call about coming, I called and they came at 2 PM after a flat tire), they did make it out that day and apologized. I do recommend calling back an hour before the end of your appointment time to be sure they will come. That aside — they did an excellent job with the core aeration on my lawn, above and beyond with care suggestions for my lawn and doing a fast and thorough job. I’d recommend them and use them again — honest folks. Got a great deal on a Groupon that they honored and saved a LOT over a competitor’s estimate for core aeration. Thanks again.

I had the same experience as a previous poster. I called about getting a quote to get some tree limbs trimmed and scheduled a day and time for the gentleman to come out. He was a «no call, no show» If you’re not interested in a job, just say so. It’s better to be honest up front. It prevents people from wasting their time waiting on you and it prevents you from getting a negative post.

We needed some lawn aeration done on our lawn and when we called, they matched a coupon price from a competitor and scheduled for work a few days later.
The employee showed up on time and was able to do our front and backyard (10,000 sq. ft) in about 30 – 40 minutes.

Last fall our lawn mower broke so we hired ABC Lawn Services to come out every two weeks to mow the lawn. They did a great job with the lawn and we were very happy to not have to worry about it.

Emailed them for to see how much to cut down my Holly brushes. They called and said «we come by tomorrow and take a look at them. We will give you a call back tomorrow». The next day no call, no email, nor text. At least have the courtesy to call me back and say «sorry, we didn’t have a chance to come by or no thank you, the job is to big» or something.

No complaints! Not at all.
I’ve called these guys out, last minute & in advance, and they’re always available. The very first time, I was truly surprised at how damn impressed I was with their work! I love doing yardwork, and take pride in it so I usually do it myself. These guys have me feelin like, «why the hell not have someone help me!!”– lol
At $ 40 front & back (tall & weedy), edge & trim, they are always my go to guys when I can’t get to the yard in time.
Easy customer service. Easy payment arrangements. Give em a call!
