We are a gluten-free facility providing the best breads, pizzas, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and pies! All of our breads, pizza crusts, and pie crusts are naturally dairy-free, and many of our desserts can be made without dairy and eggs (by special order, please ask). We provide bread and rolls to a number of Milwaukee area restaurants and several grocery stores. We do not use nuts or nut butters in our bakery.
History
Established in 2005.
Molly’s Gluten-Free Bakery was opened by Bill when his granddaughter, Molly, was diagnosed with Celiac disease. When he decided to retire, the business was purchased by Mary, whose son also has Celiac disease. Both owners, along with the bakery staff, have worked very hard over the years to create delicious, appealing gluten-free breads, pizzas, and desserts, for those needing to maintain a gluten-free diet.

In 2008, Mary purchased Molly’s Gluten-Free Bakery as a way to help those who struggle with a gluten-free diet. Inspired by her son, who was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 1997, she knows how difficult it is to find good gluten-free breads and other bakery items, and strives to provide great products for her customers. The bakery was originally started in 2005 by Bill, Molly’s grandpa, and most of his recipes are still being used today.
