After graduating from Casa Grande High School in Petaluma, Luis attended The Santa Rosa Junior College where he studied Computer Science. After completing his coursework here, Luis decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University in International Economics. It was during this time that Luis learned about the tremendous impact that technology has on country’s quality of life and inspired him to enroll in a Masters Program in Computer Information Sciences at Boston University, which he knows will allow him to help others.

Luis took a job as a banker after college, but was quickly disillusioned by the lack of care for the customer and the interoffice politics that hindered and ultimately determined productivity. Determined to help people who lack the knowledge of technological specificities and also determined to create a pleasapleasant work environment, Luis started The Golden Click, offering technical consulting and support to businesses and consumers in the area.
