This probably is the worst subway experience I have had. First off, the two ladies that worked there, although very nice barely spoke English. I had to use what little Spanish I knew and Google translate to explain to them that I wanted the dough taken out of my bread. Additionally as they were preparing my food, a piece of string from the ladies shirt continued to rub all over my entire sub. I tried telling her, but guess what, she didn’t understand English. Thanks to Google translate and 5 minutes of acting out what had happened, she finally understood and gave me a new sandwich. They were also out of spinach. Now to the checkout, the guy in front of me paid her with a $ 20 bill, and they didn’t even know how to give correct change back. This was a nightmare. Go somewhere else.

My sandwich was good today. It’s kind of hit or miss with subway but lately I’ve had pretty good luck. This was my first time at this location and I’m not disappointed. If course it’s a franchise so they’ve got all the systems for success in place. But it also takes good employees. And the team here today was just that. Hard working and did a great job. I recommend this subway. Also has an excellent parking situation and nice patio seating for nice days.

I’ve been here before and the sandwiches and service, for a subway weren’t too bad. This time around I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I ordered via the app which I’ve done multiple times at various subways including this one and it’s always worked out nicely. It’s ready when you get there and you get to avoid the line entirely. It’s great. This time I walk in and mentioned I ordered via the app. Turns out they never made my sandwiches cause she couldn’t get the order to print out. So I had to give here my order again this time in person. And I was also asked to call in my order and not to use the app… Um, ok. I ordered the steak and cheese. She didn’t warm-up my steak. It was put on my sandwich cold. I also requested salt-and-pepper which she doused entire sandwich with. So it goes without saying that my sandwich was really salty and had way too much pepper. I also ordered the turkey sandwich with double bacon. The bacon was also put on the sandwich cold. So bottom line if you don’t order your sandwich toasted your hot sandwiches are going to be cold. I remember a time when they would warm up the bacon if you order bacon and they would warm up the steak if you order the steak and cheese sandwich regardless of having it toasted. The person behind the counter taking my order seemed more interested in going home then making my sandwiches. Oh well. I did catch them at around 6 o’clock so maybe it was just an end of day thing. This place seems to be hit and miss. I will update my review If/when I try this location again sometime in the distant future.

I’ve eaten in all the subway locations in petaluma and like this one the best. It’s always clean the sandwiches are made with care and the veggies and bread which are the star of the show at subway’s are always fresh. I’ve never had a problem with the help and the place is always open when I arrive after working out between 7:30 and 8:30 pm.

First off let me give you their phone number because management doesn’t seem to be smart enough to want to have that on Unilocal. 707−789−9011 Next the sandwiches are great they are reasonably priced the bread is fresh.

Worst. Subway. Ever! Closes at random times I have never seen the same employee twice in the ten or so times have been there. Two stars for fresh bread and chairs. Who owns this place anyways? Is it a hedge fund in NYC?

So at Subway, you’re supposed to «have it your way.» But this seems a little taxing. I honestly wish that I could just get in there and make my own sandwiches. I’ve gone to different Subway locations in Petaluma, and this one is ok, but I have experienced better both downtown and at the one near IHOP. The two girls said«hi,» the taller one having a better personality. But the shorter girl(Latina w/Black hair and some red bits), was just ok in terms of personality and service; she’s the one who helped us. Our server/sammy-maker seemed to be «on» in terms of asking the type of sandwich, if we wanted it toasted, etc. But when I asked for a little more of some veggies, she kept piling it on, so I asked her to stop. And she squeezed about 3 mayo bottles(running out on mayo?), and then just kept adding more and more with the last bottle so I had to jump in to say«that’s enough.» And one of the cheese slices was 95% out of my sandwich, and she just kept adding more stuff on top of it. Also, I asked for 3 hot peppers, she tells me «jalepeno peppers,» and takes a handful and throws them on. 3 = 1 Handful??? Ok. We had ordered a 2nd sandwich, and she(same girl as above) made it and wrapped it all up without even offering any condiments. My mom actually apologized for HER mistake, and said that when she asked for a «sandwich with everything,» she thought that it included condiments.(Silly mom, huh?) And when the girl did add mayo(again with the squeezing 3 bottles) she ended up using Light Mayo in the end, without even asking if that’s what we wanted. Light = Not Right(in my book) Also, same girl, had rolled her eyes when my mom and I were talking(TOEACHOTHER, not her) for 1 minute about the kinds of sandwiches that we like with or without toasted bread and melted cheese; we weren’t even talking to the girl. Listen, why give so many options to customers, if you’ve got issues with them«having it their way», and who was talking to girly in the first place? I just get really frustrated when I don’t get the type of customer service that I would give to others. But if you want food, and you don’t want to buy the ingredients yourself, come to this Subway. Just be prepared to watch out and to speak up, to make sure that you’re getting the sandwich that you asked for… personally, after a full day of work, I don’t want to put so much effort into ordering food.

Ask for extra meat. I’ve been here numerous times, and this is where sandwiches are lacking quality. I usually order a 6″ sub. Since now Subway is running their February promo, I ordered a foot long Subway Sub, and it looks absolutely NOTHING like the advertised picture. Maybe 6 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham and 4 slices of roast beef, 3 small triangles of cheese, small handful of spinach and 2 large handfuls of iceberg lettuce. The sub is pretty pathetic looking, but I guess you can’t get a Cadillac for $ 8 and some change… however I do expect a little more when I’m paying close to 10 bucks on lunch for myself… Quality could be much better, here. I could get a much better sandwhich from the Safeway deli dept, for a better price. Service is okay.

Grabbed a bunch of sandwiches for a day trip to Bodega Bay. I walked right in and ordered 26inch turkeys on wheat with all fixings and 2 tunas on wheat. I watched them being assembled and I noticed all the ingredients were fresh looking. I only bought sandwiches and nothing else. Once we decided to eat lunch we pulled out our Subway and grubbed! Nobody had any complaints! Tuna tasted fresh and not dry. Service was friendly and efficient. I was greeted with a hello and a smile and left with a smile. I will come here again on future trips to the ocean. Place was clean and tidy. Smelled and looked like floors had recently been cleaned. No others inside or out, however it was like 10:05am.

Subway is Subway but avoid this place for the piss poor customer service. I work and live near by so decidied to drop by… but the lady working there was a world class bitch. I was the only one there and she ignored me while she microwaved the soup, over cooked the cookies and open up the pre cut veggies. I ordered two egg sandwiches which she microwaved, asked if thats all I wanted on them, I told her some peppers too, she ignored me wrapped the sandwiches up. After repeating myself she looked annoyed cursed under her breath and slapped some peppers on it. After reviewing the recipt I noticed she over charged me .50 each sandwich. I wouldn’t have cared but because of the attitude I let her know. She tried to explain it was plus tax but I showed her the reciept it was before taxes. She sighed went back to the register and tried to figure out what to do next. After punching a bunch of buttons said theres a .50 toasting charge. I was like really? but you microwaved them? Finally giving up I told her to keep the dollar. This place will never get my buisness and have told everyone I work with to avoid this place. Too bad too because this is the only place in this shopping center. Go to Mr. Pickles

I am becoming as big a fan of Subway as I was as a teenager when they first opened! I am a new psuedo-vegan(I don’t eat animal fat) and spent a couple days of road travel this weekend. I needed something vegan I could get quickly and eat in the car. The 12 inch veggie delight(wihtout cheese) has 17 grams of protein and comes in under 500 calories! It is a winner! My average for subway is 3 stars, as it’s tastey and convenient, but mass market, rather than localvore quality. I can just imagine the veggies are steeped in some sort of chemical preserver. This location is probably a 2.5. I found the staff not very friendly. The place was moderately, but not overwhelmingly clean and the parking lot is difficult to navigate.

So this place just opened up and while I have not been the biggest fan of subway, especially since moving to the North Bay. This place may put it back on my lunchtime radar. Service was speedy, restaurant is clean and my sandwich looked like the menu! The restaurant is clean, parking and access is good and the outside tables are nice and comfy. Not sure how much more I can say about a Subway shop since i think we all know what to expect. I will say, I avoided the avocado, most places cut one for you but these guys had a tray of green goop(guacamole). Sorry, I want slices fresh, not something that can come from a gun. Overall a good place for a fast bite.
